Mario, the Reliance technician who came to my home on Saturday was professional, knowledgeable and patient. One of the best techs who have done service in my home. I was impressed with his professionalism toward the customer. He showed positive regard and respect throughout. And, his main focus was customer satisfaction! I was not happy about a particular situation re the service order, and he provided information on how to get the issue resolved. He was able to explain, more clearly than the telephone personnel, the Reliance protocol for different types of services. He came much earlier than anticipated within the time period I was given. I liked that. Thank you so much Mario for not only your technical expertise but also for your efficient interpersonal communications. You are a definite asset to Reliance.

I had a few quotes for a new furnace from different companies and decided to go with Reliance. Their salesman Daniel MacDougall was right on time, very professional and was very experienced with the estimation compared to some other people who took a long time. And no other company could beat their quote.

The customer service and plumbing technician Chris 110084 is very knowledgable , professional and friendly. Did a awesome job. Very , happy with Chris and his work. This is the second time Chris has been in our home for repairs. I would recommend him for your home repairs.

Called for service as the vents weren't blowing cold air. Was offered a 7-11am window which I took. Pleasantly surprised that the technician rang the door bell at 7am and he went to work right away. Within about 15 mins, Michael was able to determine the issue and proceeded to do further diagnosis/test which took about 40 minutes - good timing as I had to step out to drop off the kids. The rest of the time he was here, he worked on replacing the faulty part, vacuuming the system and recharge the system. Although you can feel the difference right away, he proceeded back to the furnace room for a few measurements and documented the work that was done. Throughout the service call, he was professional and polite...great service! P.s. I was a bit apprehensive first after hearing bad experience from a co-worker in their dealing with Reliance and seeing the majority of the reviews were about new AC installation instead of repairs. However after today's experience, I'm glad I was wrong.

The customer service and repair technician were helpful. Technician Rocco P. Did an amazing Job. Would recommend him again. Rocco helped me understand the upgrades that need to be done as well as the products that he would recommend as well.

Fast and easy install, techs were friendly and efficient. The salesperson was very helpful and set us up for a quick install day. They arrived at 8:15 and were completely finished by 2.

I don't recall the name of the service tech but he was polite, on time, and did the work professionally and quickly. AND fixed the toilet as well!! Wonderful service. I will definitely call Reliance again. Thank you!

Had the plumber blake ricci come do a repair for my basement sink, very efficient, knowledgable and helpful guy. Got the job done perfectly even though I had a bad time with customer service (service was awful over the phone with the representitive) Staying with this company because of the guy blake . Thanks

I was promised the servicemen would arrive at 9:00am. Showed up right on time. I was promised 1 day instal. They were finished at 5:30. Very courteous and friendly installers. Left my place as it was before. Cleaned up any mess that was made. Salesman was very friendly and informative.checked up on how it all went all in all a very good experience.

The water heater would not start. phoned Relliance and technician was here within 2 hours. Detected the problem. In need of parts which will be ordered. Being without hot water for a while is an inconvenient. Thank you
