Have been with Reliance for years with the hot Water tank. After talking to John we are replacing the furnace with a wall unit to do both Hot water heat and hot water tank in one. John was very knowledgable about his products.

Wednesday, August 2, 2017 To Whom It May Concern David (DAA4271) of Reliance Home Comfort came to our home to deal with our A.C. issues. We requested his I.D. information as we wanted to let his manager(s) know that David's professionalism, work ethic and kindness didn't go unnoticed. Nancy and I were extremely impressed. Small things like every time he entered our home he put slippers over his work boats and he took the time to explain things so we could understand. His caring and passion for his work and customers is exemplary. In the future if we have services issues, we will request David. Please make sure on our behalf you thank David for us. Did a very good job of installing the system and cleaning up afterwards. Gave us plenty of warning when they had to turn water off or if they had to leave.

I called this morning and they came within a hour. Our hot water tank stop working and I have two young kids so I needed it fixed right away. Very happy with how fast and efficient they were.

I recently had two jobs done by Reliance. A Hot Water Heater installed by Representative Mike and this week a Sump Pump, Battery Backup Sump Pump and an Electronic Wifi Alert Module for the Sump Pump System installed by Phil (Representative # 4176). Both reps did an Outstanding job- both were perfectionists, took pride in their work, were thorough, explained details of the installations and made sure everything was in working order prior to completion. Both were courteous and very efficient. We will happily and confidently have Reliance install our next two jobs we wish to have done because we are so pleased with the work done by Mike and Phil. Our experience has shown us that we can count on Reliance and that is important to us when we need this type of work done. Great jobs by Mike and Phil.

Dan (329) and Chris (528) came today to install my furnace and air conditioner.. they were very polite on time and informative would recommend these gentlemen to anybody looking to change out their hvac equipment

I called Reliance as our air condition had stopped working. Our Sales representative Lyndsay Taylor came the following day. Lyndsay was very knowledgeable, making sure we were happy with our purchase. On the day of the installation all went well, but the following day I found the pump was not working properly and had flooded the furnace room. I called Lyndsay as she had said, if I have any problem, to call her. She went above and beyond to get a technician to come and fix the problem. Unfortunately it took another 3 techs, before the leak was fixed, but Lyndsay was there for us every step of the way. I would recommend Lyndsay to anyone as there sales representative.

Our hot water tank has broken down once a year in the past couple years. Reliance was thankfully quick each time to respond and come out to service the unit.

what more could I say other than this very professional man Matt has been to my home 3 times in one week....and has fixed many things and has answered so many of my crazy questions and never once didn't take the time to help me understand it all. it's people like him who make me know I have the right services and company in place to help me with all my needs. thanks again Matt....

Brandon Zweep attended my home today. He went over and beyond my expectations to ensure the highest level of satisfaction ensuring my families comfort. Not only did he fix the problem but he also educated us on all of our products. I would recommend brandon to any one and it was a real pleasure having him in my home.
