    Broken AC

    Our AC broke the day before our vacation. We were in touch with Reliance and they had Amy at our home the day after we returned. She was kind and professional and never pushed us towards any particular plan. We had a new unit installed the next day! Rob, Charles and Mike were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They did amazing work in a very timely manner. Thank you so much!

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Update Installation

    I wanted to thank the sales representative Dustin for his excellent customer service and knowledge. He came for my appointment provided me with the options that were available and then assisted me with making a decision and booking the appointment. I appreciated his follow-up once the work was concluded. The team he sent to do my install, was punctual, polite and efficient. They ensured minimal mess and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone who was looking for similar work. What a great team. Please don't change. Thanks, Laura

    Water heater

    Excellent service, I was very pleased with Warrens service. Very polite and efficient. The install looks clean and a huge improvement previous unit. I would recommend Reliance and Warren to friendsand family.

    Hvac air condition repair

    Well dealing with Reliance has been a nightmare. Sent a technician to fix my unit and he didn't even really look at it told me I needed a while new unit. I called back in and Reliance sent a 2nd technician. Vedesh was amazing so helpful and was able to repair my unit. I would highly recommend Vedesh team member 3597. Thanks Vedesh for all your help and assistance.

    smartair furnace

    Best furnace that I have had.IIf set at 20 it is always at 20 and it is very quiet. The permanent is of poor quality but was replaced free of charge.

    Water softener

    Kenneth came to our house to give us an estimate on a water softener. He was friendly, very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the product, as well as could answer questions on the other Reliance products we currently have in our home.     A/c repair and recharge

    Brent 1414 Fixed extremely quickly. Service was excellent and the tech was everything you would ask for and more. I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely use and recommend reliance for my future needs.

    Furnace

    Hot Water wasn’t working for a couple of days. We called for service and Gurmeet came in within short notice to fix the problem quickly and took time to inform us of what was going on.

    Hot water service

    I had issues with hot water tank and reliance tech Gurmeet came to service it. I like the service. He was very quick and fix the problem. We had hot water back in no time.

    Worst Company I've Ever Dealth With

    Reliance has to be one of the worst companies we've ever dealt with. We've been a customer for a few years now - some of the things: - They had our address wrong, and was sending us bills to the wrong address. Never emailed, or phone. We got the collection agency which was a whole headache. We were new customers and figured it was a 3 months special since they never sent us an invoice. - Anytime we call them, they have trouble finding our account, or information on our account is wrong - like the services we have. - Our Air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer (over a week ago now). We called to get it fixed, they said we didn't have AC, we said we did. They sent someone who said he doesn't get paid enough to fix it, and for us to call someone else - Next person came and said that the fan is broken, and needs to order it and get someone to fix it - That person came to fix it, said it wasn't broken, but they need a second person to help - never heard from this person again - Someone else came that day, and said it WAS broken, and do need a second person to fix it - 9 days later no AC - this is an ongoing issue. We'll be looking for a way to get out of our contract, and move from Reliance - honestly, never go with them ever in your life.
