Black crud in my taps and water going hit/cold. Heater manufactured in 05 First call agent was dismissive First service replaced a dip tube Was friendly and prompt Second call agent was excellent Issue was not resolved Second service call quickly determined a new water heater was reqd and booked my apt Third service call did not show up Complained - agent said apt was not made. Got three months rental free Fourth service call was extremely late Complained. Got some of the service piping done free The call agents and techs were friendly and efficient this last time Unfortunate it took 4 calls to get it right

I have recently had 2 HVACs replaced and 2 hot water tanks replaced. The service people who came from Reliance were awesome..all were friendly and professional and obviously took pride in their work. My only complaint was the initial calls and appointments that were not set up as promised so I think your initial contact system needs some work. However when I finally did get the service people and installers here I was very satisfied.

The AC in my home was not cooling my master bedroom as well as the other rooms. I called Reliance and they sent a tech named Craig Austin to investigate. Upon inspection he noticed the balance dials on the vents weren't aligned to the most efficient settings. Not only did he correct the issue but he checked every aspect of my AC and furnace units. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations.

my permanent furnace filter fell apart before warranty was finished.i went to reliance and they replaced it with another one free.i was very pleased with this.the staff was kind and helpful,

There was water leaking underneath my water tank and no hot water too so I called the reliance home comfort asking someone to come. The next day, Adam W. (ID 6707) came to check the water heater and he ordered some spare parts and it was delivered to my home on Monday. This morning, Raj (ID 3494) came and fixed the water heater and I have hot water now. Adam and Raj, they did an excellent job, good service and polite. All of this service is free of charge. Thank you Reliance!

Water heater was not working. Av (2582) cambe by ontime and replaced the gas valve and ensured the heater was working properly. He was very professional and completed his job in a quick manner.

I wanted to install a new A/C since the existing one stopped working properly. I was in contact with Lina @ Reliance, and she did a great job. She took the effort and was patient with me to explain all the details. She helped me make the right choice. I got the rebate for the A/C as well as for the smart thermostat. Now, after several weeks, the A/C is working fine, and the rebate (value C$500) is in process. Also, their monthly plan for A/C & furnace maintenance is really good.

Vince Rakovich is the salesperson who met with us to discuss replacing our outdated furnace and a/c. We chatted on the telephone about our general needs and characteristics of our home. Vince took time to do some homework and came prepared with some very good options for us to consider. He steered us away from features he did not think we needed (saving us money) and was extremely thorough in providing the specifications of the equipment, what it all meant in layman's terms and the benefits. A very down to earth and knowledgeable representative of Reliance who did not pressure us at all to choose one option over another. Just gave us straightforward easy to understand information to help us in making a decision.

Very pleased with the recent service we received from Reliance. Our AC died on an extremely hot day . Many thanks to technician Jason and sales advisor Bill Wright. Both were courteous and professional. New AC was installed within one day. Thanks again-you will be recommended
