I was in need of a new furnace and Air Conditioner. Reliance Home Comfort provided our home with the right solutions that fit our needs best. Pat Moncada our sales advisor did an excellent job in identifying our needs and fit the best solution for us. I would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort and ask for Pat Moncada.

When our AC stopped working, we were able to arrange for service quickly. Both Doug and Matt did a great job, the new part arrived the same day it was ordered, and installed the next day. And the whole thing was covered under the service plan (otherwise, the cost would have been over $1000).

Service was fast and efficient. He was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to repair the furnace and air conditioning. I would recommend him to everyone. He also got along with my 2 dogs which made the whole experience more pleasurable

Our neighbors got new ac and heating and was telling us how much they already saved on hydro. The recommended Reliance highly for their work and their professionalism and customer service. Since we have been reliance clients for almost 14 years we knew we had to check this out. Dean Timpany came on the same day I called for an appointment and within 30minutes had us sold on getting new equipment. His demeanor and firm handshake demonstrated confidence from the moment he arrived, we were not let down whatsoever!! Dean and Reliance make a great team because awesome always goes hand in hand!

John Sageoly came over went over the difference between renting and owning the furnace we are now needing. He was professional but entertaining, down to earth and made the whole process feel comfortable. We have rented a hot water tank for years through Reliance and are comfortable with the company. Happy to deal with John and I would refer him to anybody.

Ryan De Paolo Aaron and Brad you guys are amazing. They came to my home replaced my furnace and my airconditioner, and could not have been more professional. They did the job impeccably, they cleaned up after they were done it was an amazing experience. They explained everything in detail and i couldnt be more grateful. I also want to note that this all started with Helen Griffin, the very knowledgeable salewoman who without a doubt made me feel compfortable in my decision. Since the installation im noticing a drastic reduction in dust and the temperature in my home is perfect. A million thanks to the entire team who helped me, there is no one i would not highly recommend Reliance team to for any heating airconditioning water softener, etc. Thank you thank you, im so grateful!! We had some concerns about being able to replace the air -com unit using existing coolant lines buried above a finished ceiling and were told by another company that the job could not be done without removing the ceiling. The Reliance service advisor, David Willenbrecht examined the equipment made some calls and determined that it could. Some changes had to be made to the type of new equipment being installed; this was done to our satisfaction. The install team of Adam and Kam were efficient, competent and gave us Red Carpet treatment. Could not ask for better service.

We've rented our water heater from Reliance for probably 10 years or more. It was refurbished when installed, but never had any problems. The other day it quit working. Reliance was nice on the phone, and responded in a timely manner. It took 2 days, but the reasoning was explained and acceptable. Derek 2007 showed up right on time and a new water heater was installed. We are very happy with Reliance. We initially signed up with them because our Water Heater burst and we had no money at the time to pay for a new one, let alone the installation. Now that we are in a better financial position, it is just easier to continue to rent from them. It's cheap and all repairs are covered. We are happy customers!

John Sagleoly was great and very professional, I'd recommend his services to anyone!! Oh and by the way his trainee Andrew aelick was a true professional! I'm gonna like my new furnace, it better be worth every penny!!

Met with John Sageloly and the trainee Andrew Aelick in regards to information on how much an AC unit would cost for my house. They explained the difference between financing and renting which was very helpful!! These 2 men were very knowledgeable and nice. I would recommend these 2 men and reliance to anyone looking for an AC unit or a furnace!!
