We contacted Reliance Home Comfort about one year ago for an estimate on a new furnace, AC and humidifier. Frank Torchia came to our newly renovated home to talk about the different packages that were being offered. He went through the specs and performance capacities of each item and worked with us to come up with units that were suitable for our home. In addition to his exceptional knowledge of the products he sells, Frank worked out an excellent price for us! About a week ago, I emailed Frank to ask him how we could order a new AC cover, as the one originally provided was damaged due to some minor construction. Frank told us he'd take care of it, ordered a new one for us and told us it was complimentary! It's great to know that Home Reliance and Frank Torchia's exemplary service was not just about "getting the sale", but about building true customer satisfaction. Would recommend Home Reliance to anyone...and if you get Frank Torchia as your Home Comfort Advisor...you've lucked out!!

We had a heat pump installed by Reliance, the workmanship was fair and we have had some issues with the service. I will say they are very professional and have made things right, although sometimes you have to wait for service. One of the problems becomes they have expanded to a much larger corporation doing their own service etc and they are still working out the kinks.

I had occasion to contact Reliance with an inquiry regarding my water heater. I had the good fortune to be connected to Pat in Customer Care. Pat was pleasant, courteous and efficient and altogether a pleasure to deal with. Please pass my comments and thanks on to Pat. Thank you, Mark Tearle

Purchased A/C in 2013. Unit not cooling. The coolant was leaking, practically empty. Three visits to complete the repair. R. the service person was professional, courteous, knew what he was doing.

We dealt with Dean Timpany. Very professional and explained everything for we could understand it. He should us other options tgat were available to us. He did not try to make us get a product we didnt need. Very knowledgeable on all the products and would definetly recommend him to others.

Reliance was very busy so they brought a salesperson down from Edmonton to complete my quote quickly, one other company I contacted scheduled their quote for a week later and another company did not even return my call. There was a mix up with the initial installation date, but if I had read the email confirmation I received I would have noticed the discrepancy so not entirely their fault. Once we got the installation figured out the two installers, Darryl and Keith, were great. They worked late on a Friday evening because they ran into some unexpected challenges due to how my basement was finished. They explained everything to me, communicated the issues and what options they had to deal with them. They got the job done, and were very clean and professional throughout the process.

Had great service from Reliance. First from the tech, (Farhad) then from the advisor (Alex B). they showed us the benefit of replacing entire system, not just ac. Now we'll have everything we need! Very satisfied so far- Mario
