Our technician Eric W. called prior to coming and he arrived within the appointment timeframe. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified a leakage and thoroughly explained the next steps. Job well done!

We had an issue with the water heater where it was producing a loud metal noise, but of course, by the time we had a technician come out to look at it the noise had stopped. Instead of just dismissing the issue since it was not affecting the actual water temperature, Tony spent time trying to troubleshoot the issue by reproducing the noise, which he successfully did. He came back in the morning with the necessary part and fixed the issue for us. He even provided a report for us with the work completed which we had never received before. We really appreciated the time he took to diagnose and correct the problem and even explained the issue to us in detail.

Kitchen Faucet was leaking called Reliance, because had the plumbing insurance plan. Blake Petrie called 15mins before he arrived at 8am - on time. Blake was professional and took extra care understanding or concerns and completing the work professionally. We could not be happier with Blake's service provided to us for this call. I required a service check up on my water unit and it was determined the gas valve needed replacing. My service technician, Jezmar M. was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at his job. He also referred me further to discuss replacing the furnace For which he provided me with valuable and timely information to get me in touch with the right folks within Realisnce.. I had a leaking hot water tank. Service guy was brilliant. Changed it really fast and clean. In and out in a flash. Explained everything. Great rep for the Company.

We could not have been happier with the service we received from Reliance Home comfort. It started with the professional , competent and knowledgeable person (Morgan) who explained what we would get, when we would get it, how it would work , price and options for savings. It ended today when Derek and Chris employed their obvious skills to make the installation smooth , swift and complete in every way. These guys were real pros in every sense of the word. They did not leave until they were sure we understood all the features of the new system. The fact that they were very personable young men was a big plus as well. All in all a great experience.
