We could not have been happier with the service we received from Reliance Home comfort. It started with the professional , competent and knowledgeable person (Morgan) who explained what we would get, when we would get it, how it would work , price and options for savings. It ended today when Derek and Chris employed their obvious skills to make the installation smooth , swift and complete in every way. These guys were real pros in every sense of the word. They did not leave until they were sure we understood all the features of the new system. The fact that they were very personable young men was a big plus as well. All in all a great experience.

I heard about water softener from one of my friend and then call them and they came and set up them and it really change now I am so happy to get that.

From the first call on failed equipment to a new installation, the Reliance team was unparalleled. These pros could not have done anything better to get us back to normal. We realize why we have been with Reliance for over twenty years. Thanks to Joel, Bill and Bryce for outstanding service.

Would have been higher rating but same issue was "dealt with 5 times" finally this recent technician appears to have done the job properly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Others seem to have done a patch job instead of fixing the issue. Very happy with recent service.

We finally decided to upgrade our 15 year old system. We've used Reliance for our hot water tank so we decided to try them out for our hvac system. They sent a pleasant gentleman named Alex out to see us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Set us up with a great deal on our ac and furnace. So far, very satisfied! -Maurice

The Reliance team was, from start to finish, wonderful. We needed a new air conditioning unit installed and received a friendly and informative quote. A sales rep - Bryce Rundle - came out shortly thereafter to finalize details and set up an installation date. Bryce was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything that was involved. The two people in charge of installation - Jon C. and Steve G. - assembled and set up the air conditioning unit in a few hours. The house and property were kept clean and tidy in the process. They showed us how to use the unit, how to keep it clean, and how to ensure it runs efficiently throughout the year. All in all, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the Reliance team for anyone looking for an air conditioning unit, either in Orillia or abroad.
