We met with Jeff Rendall (Sales) and he was able to detail out the equipment, the process and the install for us. We were very comfortable and although his quote was not the cheapest we were confident that they were the better option. On signing, I jokingly suggested that we'd like the install the next day and Jeff immediately told us that he would setup an appointment and get that done for us. True to his word, at 8:30am Mike (Installer) and Taylor (Installer) showed up to begin the install the next day. They were both very professional and explained the install to me as well as answered all my questions. They took the time to show me all the equipment, the settings and even worked with me to configure the thermostat on my wifi network. Jeff, Mike and Taylor were extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly and we would suggest that anyone in the Durham area contact them. We appreciate the time and effort they took and will recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks guys!!!!

Im very satisfied with the service I got today. I was going to cancel with reliance when Matt R #4357 showed up and was able to fix what was going on. He was very polite and worked really hard. I'm very pleased thank you reliance!!:)

Our hot water seemed to not be working. When we checked the tank it read "vacation" and wasn't heating the water. This lasted for about 2 days. On the second day, it started making noises as if it wanted to work but wouldn't stay on and heat the water.

I really appreciate the service of Reliance Comfort in my home. From the phone conversation I had with the customer service person last Fri, to the home adviser Pat who visited my home yesterday, I got the a/c installed by these 2 experienced installers today. The service was fast, efficient and most importantly, my home is cold. Thanks Reliance Comfort for a job well done!

I find Reliance to be exceptional service. I currently have a protection plan for my Furnace and support on my water tank. I've used it a few times already and service was great. very friendly and job well done. I am now adding a water softener to my Reliance family. Thx for the great service and protection.

WE JUST BOUGHT OUR HOME AND DISCOVERED THE FURNACE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE SERVICE TECH RECOMMENDED WE MEET WITH STEVE MAPLETOFT THE COMFORT ADVISOR AND HE WAS VERY HELPFULL IN ACCOMODATING US WITH A PACKAGE THAT WOULD BEST SERVICE OUR NEEDS IN OUR CURRENT SITUATION. MY VWIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE LEVEL THAT VWE WERE GIVEN AND LOOK FORWARTD TO HAVING OUR NEW SYSTEM INSTALLED.

After a few service tech visits, our hot water tank was declared dead. A new install was quickly scheduled and professionally installed. During the installation process, the technician was able to diagnose the underlying problem and fix it quickly. Install was quick overall and hot water is running again!

Luciano and kyle did an excellent job. Hard workers and extremely patient.Iwas also impressed with thir attitude warm friendly and gave me a good explanation of their work to a real layman. Tommy Gill.
