we've been contemplating replacing our 15 year old system for some time. Reliance sent over Alex B and he showed us the many advantages to upgrading to a high efficiency system. Great technician, arrived at exact time specified, located the problem with the air conditioner very quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. He also overlooked the rest of the unit after fixing the issue. Very polite gentleman.

Jeff Lippert came to my home a day early (they called first to see if I was home). He was very polite. He was able to fix a couple of problems I was having but not others due to the company not having the parts for the brand I had. He did a wonderful job fixing what he could and did them in a timely manner. He also gave some suggestions on brands to purchase to be able to find parts easily.

Last fall I had a furnace and A/C unit installed. Keith H came out to calibrate the A/C unit today. He was very professional and though . He check the refrigerant pressure and made sure the speed of the fan was adjusted so that the cooling coil was able to reduce the humidity of the house. The house was noticeable cooler after he made the adjustment . He also inspected the floor vents and recommended that I open the ones that I had closed off , so that there is increase circulation and cooling. Overall , I am extremely please with the service that I am receiving from Reliance - from the sales , installation and follow up.

I had Matt,#4657,come to fix my toilet, my sink ,and my tub drain,Wow!!He is amazing!! Kind ,efficient and knows his stuff!!If i ever have any thing i need done, i am going to ask for Matt.Thankyou Matt,you are a total asset to Reliance,your boss needs to know this!!
