I have had a terrible experience with Reliance. My AC rental was close to expiry and they avoided fixing it until the contract expired and then told me to get a new one. They were always late by a few hours to their scheduled appointments and were a no show 3 times in the 1.5 years I had to deal with them. They put a charge on my account for a service I NEVER asked for, and tried to convince me I requested it after I called to cancel it. They never refunded me the money for the charge either, but I thought it was too dreadful to call and deal with them than to suck up the cost. I would never recommend this company to anyone. When I finally decided to cancel my services, they were scheduled to pick up the equipment and no one showed up in the 4 hour window they were scheduled for. I had to call AGAIN to ask where they are as the window expired and they told me they need to reschedule thr appointment - and continue to pay for the services until they come and actually remove the equipment....and I will have to take more time from work to wait around for them.

Perplexing, repetitive issue was resolved by Brent G., after numerous outages and service techs. Brent pinpointed the issue and installed a hopefully lasting repair! Great job and with our sincere thanks!

"Next day air conditioner installation: It's not just our promise. It's a guarantee. If we can't deliver on our promise you get $500" taken off Reliance website. We signed a contract on June 19th with in install date of June 28th. No mention was made of a $500 rebate. On the afternoon of June 27th Reliance phoned unable to do their installation on June 28th and rebooked for July 7th, at which time we were offered a $250 rebate to use as we wished - go out for dinner, etc. When questioned about the $500. it was offered. We cancelled our contract as Reliance have proved they can't deliver - almost 3 weeks for an installation when they advertise next day!!!!!

My central AC was not cooling properly. Had to book a few extra service calls to try and track down the problem. The Technician who came was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable and truly cared about doing the job properly. Ultimately it was determined a leak test needed to be performed. The technician performed the leak test and a few other tests with some repair/welding work as well. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend the technician who performed my repair to everyone.

We recently had our air conditioner give out on us so we called reliance and made an appointment and Andrew McMaster was very pompt and knowledgeable about what we needed. Im very satisfied with the way we were taken care of.

Very professional and knowledgable. Dan was very friendly and explained how the system works. He ensured the drain to the ditch was able to discharge waste water efficiently. Thanks Reliance and Dan.

I have had a maintenance contract with Reliance for >10 years. I reported a failed hot water tank Sunday morning and I'm still waiting for the technician to show up... It's now Tuesday night. Three days later and I still have no hot water, and they keep re-scheduling me for the next day or later! DO NOT BUY THEIR MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

installation of air conditioner, sales people Bill was very professional, polite, answered my questions. The installers Mike and Chris from Nauss were awesome, professional, experienced. polite and funny :) installation went great house is cool, new thermostate well something to get used to for sure. Grant W From Reliance home comfort was here today for regular servicing on my furnace. He was very well polite, mannered and great at explaining what he was doing. Very knowledgeable individual with a lot of drive for the work being completed. Replaced furnace filter and gave suggestions for future maintenance. Very happy with the service.
