    Water Heater Service Call

    My water heater went rogue on July 1 (holiday). I called Reliance at about 10 p.m. that night and a service technician was at my door at 8 a.m. the next day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Matt was pleasant, helpful, courteous and recommended other Reliance service coverage I am very interested in acquiring. I was totally surprised and taken aback by the level of service I received (expecting a much more frustrating experience based on the service records of other companies, let alone on a holiday weekend).

    NEEDED TO REPLACE 20 YEAR OLD SYSTEM

    Our system was 20 yrs old. We've been considering upgrading to new high efficiency equipment, but never had the chance to do it. We spoke with Alex B from Reliance and he showed us all the positives of upgrading to modern equipment. Including saving money on our hydro and gas bills. Alex was friendly, professional and he really knew his stuff. Got a brand new system! thanks, Robert

    I have been without A/C for 7 days

    I rent an A/C unit from Reliance. I have been without a functional A/C since last Sunday. A part for the compresser is on backorder. I am very hot and cranky. I would like someone in authority to call me to discuss the details. Update - I have been waiting 2 days for a reply. The weather has not gotten any cooler. Please contact me so we can work together to find a solution to this issue with my A/C. Please.

    Air conditioner

    Discovered water around furnace/air conditioner. Called Reliance late morning, repair tech was at my home by 3:30pm. The tech, Raj ( id#3494 ) quickly figured out the problem and as quickly fixed it. His service and professionalism was 10 out of 10. Enjoying the cool air.

    Water Heater/Gas Line Exhaust Leak

    Union Gas had to change the meter and in doing so checked the water heater to find the exhaust vent was cracked leaking CO2-discoved by 10 am fixed completely by 4 pm - Mike #4608 was Awesome, polite, professional, neat and informative. He would be someone we would call for any future issues that may come up!

    Water heater

    Had a issue with my water heater turning on and off constantly. As it was rental contacted reliance peel region. Tech was very helpful in diagnosis and explained to me in my world of words what was going on and completed the repair in a well mannered fashion. Also advised me on other options for my heating and cooling needs and wasn't pushy at all.l stating that I can always get a second or third opinion befor moving forward which is pretty correct and honest. Great company!

    Fantastic sales and instalers

    I would recommend the salesman Vince and the installers Cris, Mike and Max at anytime. They all were very informative and thorough. Vince came after the installers were done to check on everything and they had the area totally cleaned. Very good job gentlemen.

    good product; bad paperwork

    We bought from Reliance because of their warranty offer and good product. We purchased a Carrier Furnace , the Carrier A/C above 13 S.E.E.R. in April 2017 very happy with the install Jonathan and Randy were very professional and efficient. Bad point: paperwork! We were promised 2000$ incentive rebate from Union Gas and 650$ (250$ furnace 400$ AC) for the O.P.A. rebate. Got the 2000$, received confirmation for the 250$ however the O.P.A never got the request for the 400$. I have contacted the representative by emails since May. Even called the Reliance office no answer or follow up! Getting frustrated with these follow up.

    Air conditioning installation

    Extremely happy with Derek and Kenny's work today. They were efficient, clean, respectful of my home, polite and friendly. Derek made sure to walk us through all the steps of what they worked on for the installation and shared his knowledge and advice for maintaining our investment in a good way. They had a chilly rainy day to be outside working but did so with a sense of humor and commitment to get the job done!

    Service

    Issues with hot water tank again and service technician diagnosed it within minutes. Our service technician was Jeff Haywood. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service we received!
