I bought furnace and air conditioning plan from this company and the one time I needed work, it isn't covered ( it's a very long story but I'll try to shorten it ) Fri. 16, of June I had to stay home for half a day service person came and didn't have proper equipment, Sat 17th I was told to stay home, they didn't show, Mon. 19th I was told to stay home, no one showed, Tues. 20th they finally show late and I was told warranty doesn't cover to replace this item, it could be repaired but Reliance says it's too expensive so they won't repair it. Then they try to sell me a new air-conditioner ( they showed for this appointment , early) any how two days later the original service person who didn't have his equipment calls me to ask when he can come and check it. very disorganized, would not reccommend this company to anyone.

Technical Representative- Phil Deslauriers was very professional and thorough and he arrived within the time frame promised . I would highly recommend Reliance. Their extended customer service hours make booking easy

We called to make an appointment. It was available 5 days later (3 business days)... A/C unit installed 3 business days later.. Service advisor was perfect. Installers were on time, friendly, courteous and only left installed equipment behind. Not a single piece of wire or dirt.... Brilliant experience.

Reliance plumbing protection service. Fast, efficient, very courteous service. Called in at 8:15 am and repair was completed by 5:00. It could have been done in the morning but we were not home. The toilet works like new. Highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort protection plans for HVAC and plumbing. I just a second toilet installed with a new flow valve. Rocco was fast, efficient and very personable.

They came to install a new furnace and central air. They arrived on time according to the scheduled date. They worked very fast and well. They were very kind and helpful in walking me through the installation and the new system.

I booked a service appointment, and then had to cancel because I picked up a shift at work. Despite calling Reliance and cancelling the appointment, no one notified the local department, and the individual showed up anyway and called me twice when I was at work to find out why I wasn't there. The individual who came to my home was very professional and informative. However, he told me that he was going to text or call me with my installation date, and never did. Instead, I was called twice after a night shift to ask if the installer could come by and see the location, and I was awoken from sleeping after my shift. I was not aware that the individual was coming, and I had appointments that day that I had to cancel. When the service people came to install the air conditioner, I could overhear them complaining about the weather and the installation. When I asked the service rep at the consultation, he told me about four hours for the installation. It took well over that time, and I was very inconvenienced by this as I was not prepared without any notification of the installation appointment nor the significant time commitment. Overall, I was not happy with this experience. Additionally, I was supposed to be e-mailed a copy of the agreement, and I have not received it yet.

Maric was personable, very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and made the necessary repairs to rectify the issue . All in all it took less than 45 minutes

Called on Wednesday re: NO hot water. Was told no one would be coming until the following Monday!! Thankfully, someone came Saturday to resolve the issue. Service man was great. However, poor care for customers when issues arise and terrible communication to servicemen and customers.

My hot water tank rental was leaking, I called the customer service number and was able to get a service tech onsite the same day. The service technicians name was Jake Montreuil. He called ahead of time to tell me the exact time he would be arriving, and he came at that time. He was very professional, he explained to me what the problem was and was very kind and courteous. He even entertained all of my toddlers questions towards him which was much appreciated. He left his work site clean and tidy, I couldn't have asked for better service. Definitely 5 stars!

Andrew M. was great in explaining all the aspects of a new AC and furnace. He really knew all the technical details and the pros and cons which led me to decide the package suited for my specific needs. He really did a great job. Thanks Andrew. Tony Carino toticarino10 @gmail.com L7A 1S4
