Came quickly when my air conditioner died. Sales person explained my options and knew the products. Very pleased with installation and explaination of new system. Follow up by sales professional was fantastic.

My pipe in my kitchen sink had come loose and Ryan the plumber made a new one but then the water wasn't draining - so he had to take a drill ( he didn't have an auger) and go up the pipe to dislodge the gunk that was preventing the water from draining. Ryan is a very nice young man - very patient and very polite. I have more work to be done and I hope I can h ave Ryan come back to do it.

Jason Grieve was our technician. Very friendly, on time, and very helpful! He had no problem explaining everything to us about the issues and what he was doing to fix our air conditioning system. Today my husband and I spent over two hours with Dean Timpany. We just discovered that we needed a new furnace and air conditioner. We tried to turn our air on during our heat wave and it did not work. I called Reliance and they came within a couple of days. Kyle the service guy said that one of our wires were bare and there probably causing a short. Within the hour Dean arrived. My husband is a real tough sell. Dean was very patient and answered all his questions. I was very impress with all that Dean had said. It certainly made sense to rent the units instead of buying them. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone that requires the service Reliance provides. I am looking forward to getting my new furnace and air contioner. Thanks. Janet Brookes

The team at reliance was professional, quick and priced competitively. The installation was done the morning after the deal was closed. The installation team was prompt, friendly, professional and respectful of our home. Proper mats were put down as they brought the new equipment in and removed the old water tank. All spilled water was cleaned up and the installation was well done with worn out plumbing replaced. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. We considered a tankless option and were provided with an attractive deal for that but chose to go with a traditional tank. We would use and recommend Reliance.

Ann Robillard called us to advise new models of ductless ac are here. Installation occurred quickly some servicing required but reliance handled that quickly. Reliance has the friendliest ppl from sales to installation crew to service techs (Larry) and they offer great customer service ! That's why I call them ! Thanks reliance !

Just wanted to say that the technician that came to our house (Joe Green) spent the time to properly determine the issues with our air conditioner and was able to get it back up and running in a short amount of time. Was able to answer all of my questions and assist with maintenance suggestions for the future. I was very happy with this service call.
