I recently had Nick Bazinet from Reliance over to look at a broken B vent in our home. He recommended having Rodney Wiens come in and talk to us about the options for upgrading our 24 year old furnace and taking advantage of rebates. Rodney was here today and helped us tremendously. He explained all the options very clearly and we came up with a good plan. He was able to suggest a way to save us money. We got everything booked right away and I’m happy to have this issue resolved. Rodney was very pleasant to deal with and I’d recommend him.

Reliance sent a subcontractor called Natural choice out of Whitby. They explained what they were wanting to do and were both polite and friendly and left the site spotless. They were great and I am very happy with everything they did.

Very friendly staff at the Sault Ste. Marie, ON branch. The tech, David, was down to earth and honest. the Home Comfort Advisor John was great, didn't upsale us, very honest, polite and good sense of humor. We got exactly what we wanted for a good price and installation date sooner then expected. Thank you Sault Ste. Marie Reliance team!!! Thanks John!

I am very happy with this company and service. Andre a technician from Reliance came to see the furnace and AC at home that were not working well. He contacted me with Andrew McMaster who came o my home and explained to us with patience and details all about the furnace and how that works. He also made recommendations and helps us with the process of selection of a new furnace and AC and a hot water tank (tankless). All installation went perfect the following morning! all is working well. We are happy with the service and the new products that help us to save energy. Thanks a lot for your service and explanation. All great!

Was very satisfied with representive who came to my home .also the installation crew were very satisfying. When we had a problem it got resolved very quickly . Over all we were impressed with our experience with Reliance

This company should change it logo to " We are comfortable no matter how uncomfortable you are " I have protection plan AC and Furnace . My AC was not cooling and called them on 13 June to book a appointment and latest was 20 June so y family have to survive 2 heat warning. On Tuesday no body showed up and when I called they said we will send the technician again on Wednesday in the evening and today also when nobody came I called them and they said they have book a wrong appointment as AC repairs cannot be done in the evening. They have to re-book. This is absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating.

Got the guys from the Thunder Bay location to install this bad boy last week. They were awesome dude's who knew what they were doing, great service and looks, and works amazing. Would definitely recommend Reliance to anyone looking for an AC unit in the future.

Matt Employee # 4657 came in a very timely respectful manner. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured we understood about the plans as well as the difference in costs. The repair job was amazing and Matt really is a very conscientious worker and very very good at his work. Thanks so much Matt and we would recommend this company anytime.

Air Conditioner stopped working. Called Reliance, which set up an appointment for two days later. Rob determined that the coolant level was low and returned the next day to refill and add a leak-stop compound. Reliance stated that it would order a replacement coil and install it when it arrives. Good, cheerful service. Fortunately the weather was not too hot; the wait would have been bad during a heat wave. Recommend a checkup before hot weather.

I signed up for maintenance on two of my homes. I would get calls consistently about new equipment and new services but never to schedule maintenance. When I call for either service or maintenence to be scheduled it would be weeks to months before someone was available and we would have appointments moved on us. Not by a day or even two... a week later. Don't use this company!
