MATT M DAA1920 did the service for us. He was pleasant, efficient, neat and thorough. He went above and beyond any other service we have had under our Protection Plan. You have a very valuable employee in this man. He explained what he had done and complimented my husband on maintaining the filters over the year of operation - very observant!! Altogether a very nice experience.

I called Reliance in the morning, that I had no hot water. They came over within 2hrs was able to troubleshoot the issue and even noticed another issue. Kurtis was able to fix them both promptly, even leaving me some notes. Thanks Kurtis .

Ryan showed up on time and was professional. He blew a clogged line out and problem was fixed in 2 min. I had the protection plan which meant there was no cost for his service cost. Excellent all round.

I had a plumbing issue and contacted Reliance to utilize my plumbing protection plan. The plumber, Matt J. #4657 attended at home to make the required repairs. Matt was extremely courteous and efficient while performing the repairs, showed me what he had done when it was complete and left the area neat and tidy. Very impressed with the service received today from Matt J.

I have had repeated service calls and total not satisfied with this company!! Many technicians have been out and still don't know if this is going to work. Time will tell! This last technician that came out was fantastic tho which it makes me feel better. But like I said, time will tell!!

I've encountered the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. Our service technician was Tom Hotchkiss. He was professional and truly wanted to help and solve the problem. When I have to deal with reliance again, I will only deal with Tom.

Grant Wilkie was the technician who stopped by to service the furnace and A/C unit. After a through inspection of the outside A/C unit was done he checked over the furnace unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was doing every step of the way and he explained what the min/max parameters of each unit were and showed me that they were within those parameters. While in the house he wore covers over his boots to ensure the floors were kept clean. Grant also explained why I should use the correct furnace filters and not the cheaper ones available at CT or hardware stores. Grants professional attitude, knowledge of the systems and general great conduct shows his pride in his job and company. I would recommend him and reliance to anyone.

I changed my hot water tank to tankless in March and had my furnace die so had it changed to include A/C which I never had. I had to call to arrange for the completion of the A/C once the weather warmed up which was today. The Tech James was super helpful not only completing the installation but checking to ensure all compatability steps had been followed. He took the time to explain the thermostat settings etc with me,

Called reliance to book appointment for annual maintenance on my Air Conditioner. the service was completed by Grant Wilkie in the most efficient and friendly manner, he explained everything that he had done and how to operate the Air Conditioner through the summer months. Grant was very pleasant and Reliance is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you Grant.
