After receiving an email from Reliance regarding their rebate program my husband and I decided to give this company a chance. This was in April. As of today, May 31st we are still waiting for a credit of $500. Our down payment was double billed to our credit card. We were hoping to finance this purchase as we are seniors on a fixed income so a monthly payment suited us better than having to cash in investments. They do not finance to land lease homeowners even though the company offers financing services We opted to purchase a larger unit and have additional runs installed. Still waiting. The installer was sent by Reliance.We were quoted $2600 on paper. The actual cost was $2699, one hundred and thirteen dollars more including HST. The sales person said he would see what he could do about that. When the error occurred on our credit card we were charged by the credit card company for being maxed out. This was do to the way reliance takes payment. Again, the sales person said he would see what he could do. It was just prior to the May long weekend when the salesman said he would get this looked after right away. It is now over 2 and a half weeks and still no credit. I just received my statement and the card company now wants me to pay the $500 as the statement has now come due. I have since had to file a dispute against Reliance. I am about ready to call and tell them to come and get the new A/C unit but I don't want this to go on forever as I am certain it would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely no customer service. Problems from the get go. Should have kicked the salesman's carcus to the street!!!

Our thermostat had an alert that said to call for maintenance, so we called and were very happy with the service we received! Raj came and was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough diagnostic test and replaced our pump and hose, all free of charge!

PIRU he has done the job excellent. I will recommend him to my friends also. He explained complete details about the a/c and Furnace.excellent tech we will recommend him again to do maintenance for next time

I called the Reliance on May 29th for Air conditioner problem & very quick response by them & next day May 30th the Reliance sales manager visit out home his name is Mr. Brandon Pringle & he is absolutely fantastic very professional. He help us with a great deal of new Air conditioner and with great package and next day installation May 31st. Most impress us his professionalism in client care and super fast service. We are very happy to deal with him and with Reliance.. keep up the fantastic work Mr.Brandon Pringle.

When I called to book my service the operator was courteous and offered me a number of optional times available. On the appointed day the service person (Brody McIntyre) called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He carried out the service efficiently and was courteous. I feel the entire operation was carried out professionally.

Very knowledgeable and professional service from Thava. Very happy with Reliance. Just wish they would maintain my hot water boiler as well (seems odd they won't as they 'also rent them out'? Regretfully I'll have to get another company to do it)!

Renting my air condidtioner from reliance makes me feel at ease knowning, I can turn to their friendly staff with any concerns or problems I mite have. Working midnights I also feel at ease knowing I can call toll free anytime :)

Today I found the water tank leaking. I made a paniced call to your call centre and she (I didn't get her name) told me that she would send a technician. Abdullah A. was very friendly and put my mind at ease that everything would be up and working fine in no time. It only took 1 hour from the time I called until he was done. Great service !

Needed some service done on both furnace and air conditioner. My service tech was phil latour , he explained everything to me as he worked. I am always very pleased with the excellent service from this company.
