Called reliance to book appointment for annual maintenance on my Air Conditioner. the service was completed by Grant Wilkie in the most efficient and friendly manner, he explained everything that he had done and how to operate the Air Conditioner through the summer months. Grant was very pleasant and Reliance is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you Grant.

The service technician was fast, efficient and friendly. He cleaned up well. He listened to and was respectful of our concerns. He had the necessary replacement parts available in his vehicle. The online booking worked well and had lots of available times. We are happy with our increased hot water pressure.

I has service annual inspection for my Furnace and air conditioner . James L was very helpful and informative. Friendly and helpful and patient when answering questions. Would recommend James as a serviceman.

I was in need of a new filter and a full look over on my ac system. Grant Wilkie was the technician from reliance to came to the house. I was told the technician would be at the house between 8am and 1pm. Grant called first, was here right at 8am, gave me a free filter, and presented great customer service. I'm really impressed with the service I was provided today.. And will reccommend reliance for sure! Thanks again

The men where very polite and helpful. Had answered all my questions. Would recommend them to anyone we know. They made sure that I was completely satisified with their work and cleaned up after themselves. They also were punctual.

We recently had our furnace serviced for its annual maintenance. We were very pleased, mostly because of the technician who came to do the service. Julian Lisicki was very professional from the moment he entered our house. He introduced himself with a handshake and explained what he was going to do. He even had shoe protectors for the floors. He was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and as he had a trainee with him he was very careful to explain in detail to his colleague the special features of this furnace. He worked efficiently and systematically. He addressed all our concerns intelligently and clearly. We were very impressed. He had installed a hot water heater for us earlier and the same care and concern was evident. Thank you Julian!

Had Phil come over to replace the heat exchanger in our furnace was here for about 4 hours did a very good job explained what he was doing.. Made sure every thing was working properly great guy. There was no cost to do the work thanks Phil
