Called Reliance at 11:00pm on a Thursday because we had no hot water. The technician (Phil Latour) that completed the service/repair, the following day, is amazing. Great service, very personable, great sense of humour. 10/10! Thank you Phil!

We are very please with North Bay Reliance Representatives(IE: Repairs, Sales and Installation). Everyone listened to our concerns about the old and new Equipment. Sales explained all aspects of the new equipment set up a install date for us. The installation crew worked diligently throughout the installation, very concerned about the house no nicks to walls or floors, cleaned up after themselves. We would not hesitate to recommend Reliance to anyone. Thanks to Grant(repairs), Mike, and Kayla(Sales), and Nick and Steve(Installation)

From Home Sales Rep - Ann Robillard, to Furnace & A/C gas fitter/installers - Mike M. & Rob D., to Tankless Water heater installer - Jasdeep; all provided great customer service, shared information willingly re products and options for internal/external venting, were very courtesy and prepared for install with covering floors & very tidy upon completion.

Called in for service and all they talked was selling a furnace and taking service plan. They didn't talk about the issues at all. Very disappointed at all No service done.

We had our hot water tank replaced in February. We had arrived home after vacation to find we had an old leaky tank, so no hot water! Reliance sent a tech out immediately. The tech was prompt, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Reliance is a very professional company.

I was very please with the crew that did the installation of my unit. They were considerate of my home and even vacuumed the debris that occurred during the work that they did.

My AC wasn't working so I called Reliance to book a service call. I was so happy when Vedesh showed up, as he was extremely helpful on a previous visit December of last year when he came out to fix my heat. I recognized him as he came through the door with a pleasant and friendly smile on his face. I didn't need to explain anything to him as he knew exactly what to do, he fix my AC and even change my Thermostat for a more efficient user friendly kind. His work ethics is great he's patience and takes his time to explain & show you how the product works I will definitely request his service when I call Reliance again. Maxine Mississauga ON
