    LOOKING FOR A NEW AC AND FURNACE

    Our system was old, we had a great visit from the Reliance tech (Farhad) who recommended that we replace our old system. We agreed and contacted Alex B. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He gave us numerous options and explained everything very clearly. Got us what we needed for a fair price. Thanks! -Minaz

    Service hot water heater

    Easy Peesy from booking to the repairman showing up They called first, showed up on time,put on shoe covers very friendly person fixed the problem ,and very easy to talk . Explaining the problem and why it was not working. TY leith Maclian my girls with very long hair Are happy now.

    New ac and furnace

    We were disappointed when our ac stopped working on the first really hot day of the year...we were also disappointed because we know that our 40yr old furnace is part of the problem. We called reliance and our advisor Dean was knowledgeable and patient giving us all of the various options that would work for us. Looking forward to our system being installed this week!

    Adam #3755

    Adam #3755 was polite, efficient and informative. I'm glad it was him that came by :) he replaced our furnace, provided info on plans and other services. He cleaned up after his work and was careful to not make a mess in the first place

    Water Heater

    I wish to comment on something we see rarely today. The complete customer experience. His name was John Savage DAN 1485. He was polite and respectful of us and our house. He informed us about what he was doing. Answered my numerous questions without rushing me despite having to work later because of others being off. He let us know about possibilities for a better furnace, a/couple unit and a different type of water tank. He called an associate Steve Surcheckto come on a different day to explain types of appliances and government rebates and he gave me his phone. Steve came on May 30th. He was very informative, answered all my questions gave me different scenarios. Did what was best for me. so I could ask him questions. Enjoyed this appointment despite 2 hour delay after the window. I recommend him to everyone. Thank a million.

    Water boiler and air conditioning

    Have a rented Baxi water boiler which was a problem maker, always have problems. Have requested to replace a new one, which is rejected by Reliance RISA dept twice. However one of their mechanic is really good, whose name is Arash S. He is professional, reliable as well, found out the issue, and promised to install it next day, even called when the part is late for grabbing, and very helpful with other issues as well, and patient to explain the problems to us. Thanks him, we finally have the hot water and air conditioner is working properly as well.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Just had my water tank replaced by Reliance; excellent service and very courteous & professional! The replacement & installation only took about an hour to complete! Much appreciated just before the May long weekend!

    Quick honest assessment

    Fairly new water heater stopped working, called Reliance and they booked a diagnostic appointment for next-day. Advisor arrived within the time window given and provided a quick honest assessment. Turned out to be an easy fix and there were no hassles. Thanks to Advisor #3135 (Lucas J).

    New Furnace/AC

    The week of April 10-14/17 I called the Cambridge Reliance office to arrange a quote for a new furnace and AC. On April 17/17 Marty Cohen knocked on my door. After a complete breakdown of options and features for new units I signed the paper and the units where set to be installed on April 19/17. Marty was a super sales rep walking my wife and I through the process. I appreciate an excellent slaes rep as I have been in sales all my working life. Wed comes with two Reliance installers and new units. Again excellent service and work. They fully explained everything would be doing right down to showing how the new control thermosat would work. It seemed like no time and the installers where in and out. I apologize as I did not get their names. From booking the appointment to the finished job everyone was super. Oh and by the way. My wife came home from work expecting to have to clean up but guess what, No Mess. You want a job done right, get Reliance to do it. My dad always said " A Job Worth Doing Is A Job Worth Doing Right ". Thanks a big bunch to all George and Denise Searle
