The week of April 10-14/17 I called the Cambridge Reliance office to arrange a quote for a new furnace and AC. On April 17/17 Marty Cohen knocked on my door. After a complete breakdown of options and features for new units I signed the paper and the units where set to be installed on April 19/17. Marty was a super sales rep walking my wife and I through the process. I appreciate an excellent slaes rep as I have been in sales all my working life. Wed comes with two Reliance installers and new units. Again excellent service and work. They fully explained everything would be doing right down to showing how the new control thermosat would work. It seemed like no time and the installers where in and out. I apologize as I did not get their names. From booking the appointment to the finished job everyone was super. Oh and by the way. My wife came home from work expecting to have to clean up but guess what, No Mess. You want a job done right, get Reliance to do it. My dad always said " A Job Worth Doing Is A Job Worth Doing Right ". Thanks a big bunch to all George and Denise Searle

Kayla Heslip helped set my wife and I up with AC. She was very helpful, explained the various options and recommended an AC that is working great for us! The turn around time from meeting to having the installation completed was fantastic, allowing us to have things setup just as the days started to get warmer and she explained the process for receiving the energy credit from the government and the discount on my CPP very clearly. The installation itself was quick (less than 4 hours) and the two guys who installed it, Mike & Damian, where professional, quick, and clearly answered any questions that we had in terms of maintenance and operation of our unit.

Jeff Haywood called 20 minutes before which I thought was nice so he could give me a heads up. Was looking to move the tank a few feet. After our conversation and with his guidance I decided it wasn't really work it. He explained what would have to been done, said he could get someone to call, but I decided against it. He explained a new program and is going to send me some information about it. Thank you Jeff!

Casey was the installer. This guy knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anybody. Very tidy and organized also. He is very polite to the customer. Job well done.

Received great knowledgeable service from Grant Wilkie. He took the time to diagnose the problem, and fix it. Our AC is now cooling out home again, and working as it should. Thank you Grant!

No homework done before install and nothing but lip service when things went south. Technicians are obviously not trained, the boiler was not sized properly and doesn't work properly and despite being "high efficient" costs more than the 30 year old it replaced. I will NEVER do business with them again. Service manager even admitted the install manager said DON'T INSTALL THIS IT WONT WORK and they did anyway just for the money.

A week ago we had a new furnace & air conditioner which were installed by Ben & Eric who did a fantastic job, They were polite and answered any questions I had. Great work! We would highly recommend these two.

From sales to install, a great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Took the time to explain the entire process and answer any questions. Install was done with pride and shows attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the workmanship of Norm and Brad and the installation of the unit. Excellent work, very tidy and neat, very nice guys. Would definitely recommend them 100 %. The unit is very quiet and very happy with it.

Great service, showed up when they said they would. Very professional. Explained how everything worked after install. Very concerned about not making a mess in our home during install, laid out there own carpets to keep our floors clean.
