Vince Chambers, Reliance Home Comfort Advisor, was very professional and very thorough with the product presentation. He answered all of my questions. He did a follow once the product was installed. The installers were on time and very courteous. They were very careful with keeping the work area very clean. They were friendly fellows and asked if I had any questions regarding the install. Overall the experience was very positive. The only down side of the process was dealing with the service call centre for a service appointment. The information that I received was not made clear to me which result in me taking an unnecessary half day off work at my expense.

Contracted for a new furnace and air conditioner from Reliance. Sales and install team of 2 were very professional, timely and prepared to answer our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Reliance to our friends and neighbors. A job very well done!

When our 19+ year old furnace became unrepairable, we contacted Murray Stark as suggested by our Reliance Service Tech. Murray called and set up an appt. and arrived on time. He reviewed our options; outlining pros and cons which allowed us to choose the one best suited to our budget. An installation date was set and the contractor arrived on time; removed the old furnace and a/c unit. After installation, the tech reviewed the smart thermostat with me. Later that day the furnace stopped working. We placed a call to the mobile number given to us by the tech and arrangements were made for the following morning. Once again, on time, the tech arrived and in a matter of minutes resolved the issue. Overall, both my wife and I were impressed by the professionalism and punctuality of both Murray Stark and the service contractors. We would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort to our friends and neighbours.

There was a loud noise when the high speed fan came on and the serviceman determined that the pulley wheel required tightening. He then inspected the entire furnace and now all is well. Thank you!!!

Phil came for my homes Plumbing service. He did a great job with the fixtures that needed attention and also did a thorough review of my premises. I'm very happy with this service that Reliance offers

An agent installer a new hot water tank last Wednesday but it did not heat the water. As soon as I found out about it I called Reliance and they sent GRANT WILKIE - DAA362 HVACE TECHNICIAN to fix the problem. He discovered the problem and in no time the water was heating. He is a thorough techinician. He measured here and there and examines here and there and discovered that the a cover was not set properly.

I had lost faith in Reliance after dealing with the Regional Office in Sudbury on a previous occasion. They ignored/refused to take our calls or transferred us to a desk which there was no answer; they need personnel who know how to deal with the public. Mr Kevin Mugford, DAA4525, renewed our faith in Reliance. He was courteous, friendly and professional. I would have given 10 Stars if not for the bad taste left after our previous experience with Reliance.

Our water heater had a slow leak. A Reliance Advisor was out the next day to assess it and then, the next day, Wes C. arrived at our door with a new more efficient water heater. He explained everything he was doing step by step. He completed the replacement in a timely manner, was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

Alex B came by my house immediately after a problem was found with my furnace. He provided me with outstanding service in terms of explaining my options and providing me with the agreement that best suited our needs re. furnace and AC. I highly recommend Alex and Reliance.

We called yesterday at noon re our hot water leaking. The technician showed up the next day to replace our hot water tank. Mike (technician #2854) was very friendly and efficient. We are completely satisfied with the customer service given to us.
