Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

Our water leaked so we called Reliance for a replacement. The sales rep. was excellent and the service person Mike #2854 came the next morning and replaced the old tank. He was an excellent worker who left a very clean work site, had the old tank out and the new one installed in short order.

It was just Maintenance on my furnace to make sure it was running properly .he replaced my filter gave me an extra and showed me how to install it and when I was suppose to do it. He game on time which was nice. He explained everything he was doing when he was doing it.all in all it was a great experience 10/10 grant was awesome give him a raise!

We were very satisfied with the knowledge and efficiency of the advisor Kim Dietz. He was able to answer all of our questions and get us a great deal in this product. Also we are able the get it installed next week!!! So excited!!!

When our builder grade furnace started to make noises and virtually stop heating our home, we called several companies looking for quotes. We had seen ads for Reliance and decided to also give them a call. They sent Chris Niejadlik (Home Comfort Advisor) to our home and we cannot say enough great things about him! He truly provided us with 5 star service from the moment he arrived in our home. He was kind, thorough, and patient in answering every single question we had. He was so very humble and there was not an ounce of pushiness which we had experienced in the past. This is what won us over and we decided to go with Reliance. Over the next few days, we continued to have several question about different types of furnaces, the payment plan etc... and each time we called or emailed Chris a question, he never made us feel as if we were a nuscience but instead he treated us like long time friends. The team from Reliance came quickly to install our new furnace and Chris dropped in to ensure everything was running smoothly as well as to answer any last minute questions. He was truly awesome in every way! I would HIGHLY reccommend Chris Niejadlik and the team at Reliance to anyone looking for a new furnace. Thanks again!

New furnace/ air conditioner was installed just over a month ago. Thanks to sales Bill and the installation by Daniel and Lance. I am very happy with the product and look forward to a cool summer.

Had a huge bulge out the back of our 18 year old hot water tank.. Called Reliance to come check it out... Jason (field tech) came out yesterday (Monday May 15th) to check it out.. Within seconds he was on the line with his company to get a service call for tank replacement the next day.. At 7:40 on Tuesday May 16th, Warren came out to replace our old and busted hot water tank... The job was done perfectly and quicker than I thought... 1 hour and 20 minutes and we were back up and running... Warren was a very friendly and professional installer.. He was also very informative when explaining the benefits of the Reliance plumbing coverage plan I was inquiring about.. Highly recommend Reliance and Warren in general!

Find what there total cost is, number of years you need to pay , as once you are in contract it is close to impossible to get out. The agreement is one sided.

Service was very good, response time was excellent. Service man was clean, respectable, and knew his job! I would recommend Reliance to my friends and family . Thank you for the great service!

Because of a citation from Natural Gas, our water heater had to be re-situated to achieve compliance. The technician, Mathieu Robillard was professional, friendly, efficient and fast. Very much appreciated!

I wasn't sure what questions to ask but Dan Shepley was very prompt and informative. Very helpful and I highly recommend him to my friends. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
