Installation technicians Jonny and Rob worked diligently for almost 10 hours to install my new heating/cooling system. They were respectful of their environment and worked carefully with minimal interruption to our household. Everything was handled professionally and was completed with a thorough explanation of how things functioned.

Just had Kayla Heaslip from North Bay Reliance and Michael MacWilliam Reliance Regional Manager over to discuss the rental of a tankless water heating system ... very informative .. well versed.. very professional ... looking forward to the install this week. We dicided to install AC , and call Reliance Comfort. Their advisor (Geoff) was so nice and useful, and their contractor ( Ebrahim & his co-worker) were professional and amazing.

I would like to point out two employees that I was very happy to deal with. One is Suzanna Guierria, sales and installer Adam #3755. Both individuals were very friendly, informative and not pushy. Both exhibited professionalism and attention to detail. Adam made sure I was well informed about the product and if any issues he stressed to call immediately. I would not hesitate to deal with both individuals in the future. Good employees don't come by every day. They should be complimented.

As a first-time homeowner, I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Reliance as they have helped me set up all the things I need to have a comfortable home. Kyle’s first visit for regular maintenance was pleasant and smooth — and provided much-needed information for me, who knew nothing about HVAC systems. Moreover, the interaction I had with Dean T, who helped us make sure we had the right equipment for our needs, was not just pleasant and informative, but honest and authentic as well. I rarely experience such kind, compassionate, and heartfelt care from most customer service interactions—all the interactions I have had with Reliance have left me happy, informed, and assuaged. So happy to continue to do business with them.

Needed a tankless hot water tank, as my old tank is over 10 years old. Alex B showed up this afternoon to assess and take my order. He was very professional and friendly.

I HAD SALES REP BILL OVER TODAY TO HELP ME GET SET UP FOR A NEW DUCTLESS SYSTEM.BILL HELPED WITH THE PROPER LOCATION ADVISE OF THE SYSTEM THAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR MY HOME.I WOULD RECOMMEND BILL AT RELIANCE!

We had Jeff Lippert (plumber) come to our home to do a plumbing job. He was very well turned out. Jeff was very attentive when we explained the plumbing issue we had. He did the job most professionally. When he finished the initial job he explained in detail what he had done. He inquired if the was anything else he could do for us. The job was done and the toilet is running perfectly. Thank you Pauline
