May 10th when I went downstairs, I had the unfortunate discovery that my basement floor was covered in water. Oh No, my hot water tank was leaking. I got on the phone immediately with Reliance as our unit is a rental. I was happy to be told that someone would be at my home the same day. In a few hours, Jordan, from Reliance came to my rescue. (that was how it felt anyway). In no time at all he was working on replacing our unit, and he did not mind at all that he had me as an audience. He was a very professional and courteous person who made me feel that he was happy to answer any questions that I had and made me feel that as a customer, my concerns mattered. I had no doubt that he was making sure that no further issues would arise after he had left. He cleaned up any mess that his work had caused and I could tell that he is a bit of a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. All in all, the whole experience was a lot better than I had been expecting because Jordan made it that way. Thanks Jordan.
