I responded to a promotion on tankless water heater and was able to schedule an appointment within 48hours.Kim Dietz was on time..very knowledgeable about the product and listened to our reasons for upgrading.Kim assured us this was a positive upgrade and we would reap the benefits...ease of use and saving on monthly heating costs..always a good thing! Kim completed the contract in good time..left diagrams for the installation crew.Thanks Kim for setting everything up ..we are confident in this decision.Great to have a local sales person to work with us.

Ron Williams came to our home to install a Water Softener on May 3rd. Ron was knowledgeable, answered questions and was very very helpful in everything that he did. We truly appreciate his service and his excellence in taking care in our home. Thank you Ron for you great care.

We have our furnace and air conditioner upgraded. The team was very professional. They arrived on 9:00 am in the morning, and did a nice job installing the furnace and ac. Thanks for the great job.

service man (Jeff) was a well prepared professional and answered any questions fully which I asked with regards to service and sink problem. required more than 30 words ???? Do not appreciate Reliance demand for length of response which i am asked for. That I respond is the more important issue .

My boiler broke down, leaking water everywhere. Alex B came right over, even though it was 9:30 at night. We had numerous issues and didn't think we'd be able to do the deal. However, Alex worked extremely hard for 2 days to make it happen. Very appreciative! Thank you so much Reliance and especially Alex!! -Natalia

It took 3 weeks before old water tank was replaced with tankless heater. Installation took several hours. Technician did a good clean up. Hot water takes time to reach bathroom on second floor. However, lots of hot water!

We had a new furnace and central air installed by Reliance. Ken and his team were very professional answered all of our questions and overall provided a high level of service!! Thank you

Branch and Austin came today to install our furnace and ac today. Very punctual and finished very quickly. Furnace room was even tidier then it was before they started. They were very polite and informative. Would love to have Branch and Aj back for any other job! Very pleased!

James L arrived on time. He was friendly and very courteous. He proceeded in putting on booties. While he was working he described what he was doing and why. He identified a concern with a ventilator and proceeded in cleaning it at no charge. He then booked an appointment with Bill for next week to discuss options regarding the ventilator.

Tech arrived promptly. Put on booties , vary thorough with explaining what and why he is doing what's he,said doing. Vary professional staff and reliance. Enjoyed using there service and will be calling again thank Matt c daa3678 for the great service
