Went with Reliance for the upgrades mentioned above. Everything is working great and the tankless water heater is a bonus. All the hot water we want and it never runs out. After installation we were concerned when we were getting bouts of cold water sandwiched between the hot, but after letting our consultant, Simon Lipscombe, know; a serviceman came right away and rectified the problem, doing it in less than an hour. Being generally anxious about such an upgrade and renovation, as well as all the questions I had for their great rebate offer(s), I must've Emailed Simon well over fifty times with questions and concerns but he was always welcoming, helpful, patient, easy going and gave me all the knowledge and suggestions I needed during this time period. Thanks, Simon! If you want someone with experience, go to him.

I called to talk to your rep to get information about an on demand water heater. The rep replied immediately, made an appointment and came over to. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Any other correspondence with him was replied to quickly with professionalism. I got a copy of the contract within 24 hours of meeting with him so I could review. My main concern was cost and the length of the contract and after reviewing the contract I was glad to see the costs spelled out as per our conversations. Good work!

Very satisfied for many reasons: The technician was here on time. His name is Brody, team member DAC 6305, very polite would reply to any questions asked, presented the different options available in a respectable way without using any pressure. The price was very reasonable for the service provided, it surely didn't look like a rush job and good bye. It was a positive experience, THANK YOU!!!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured at all on having to purchase something I did not want. Tech was able to answer all of my question and I found him very knowledgeable

I wanted to use my Visa and pay over 6 months. Was told that was not a problem but there would be a $49.00 fee. Found out it was done by a Finance Company (who Reliance gave access to my bank account) and they already set me up for monthly payment after the six months and if something goes wrong I will be screwed. Once a Finance company get your name, expect lots of junk mail and phone calls when the deal is done. I vowed never again, but Reliance somehow did it. There was nothing about a finance company or the name of the finance company when I signed. I could and would have paid cash to avoid dealing with any finance company.

My hot water tank needed replacing. Service guy came removed old tank and replaced with new tank. Service done quickly and professionally. Being a new home owner with lots of questions the Service technician went over and above his job by answering all questions, most of them not even pertaining to his trade or the specific job at hand. Job well done and will be highly recommended!

Dan came to our house to give us a quote for a new Furnace and Air Conditioner. He was very professional and friendly (and he arrived on time!). He was very knowledgeable and explained our options very clearly. He came in for a quote and left with us purchasing a new furnace and Air Conditioner.

Had a new AC installed, the person we dealt with at Reliance was Chris, he was amazing from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, friendly and follow up well with us. I would definitely deal with Reliance chris again

our furnace quit on us and we made a phone call to the Reliance people. The man came and we were told our furnace was no longer good. They sent us Vince Chambers who worked with us on ordering a new system. He made the choice easy with his recommendations. He arranged for us to have heaters for the house and set us an installation date - even getting them to make it 2 days before they had wanted to schedule it. The installation went great, all installers were super guys and explained everything to us. Would highly recommend Mr. Chambers and the whole installation team to our friends and family.

I responded to a promotion on tankless water heater and was able to schedule an appointment within 48hours.Kim Dietz was on time..very knowledgeable about the product and listened to our reasons for upgrading.Kim assured us this was a positive upgrade and we would reap the benefits...ease of use and saving on monthly heating costs..always a good thing! Kim completed the contract in good time..left diagrams for the installation crew.Thanks Kim for setting everything up ..we are confident in this decision.Great to have a local sales person to work with us.
