old heater leaked got a new one the guy was fast and efficient. He smelled of determination, copper and flux. You could tell he lived thru his work . Wish I could tell you his name, but he just smiled and left before I could thank him. Who was that masked man?

Grant arrived within the scheduled time period. Extremely courteous, fast and efficient. Explained what had to be done to resolve the issue was was completed quickly and to my full satisfaction

Annual tune-up for the season went well and everything is a go for the season. The technician did find that we had a gas leak outside and we were able to get the proper people here to fix the problem. The problem was not on our end, but on the gas companies end. Thank you to James L for catching this problem before a more serious problem could have occurred.

Quick friendly service. My furnace was fixed within a few minutes as they keep new furnace parts in their van. The contractor named Ricky was very caring. He took the time to explain to me why the furnace stopped working and how the parts work. He also went out of his way to tell me that I should shut off the humidifier when I switch from heating to cooling and showed me how to do it. I did not know this. (I had the furnace, air conditioner and humidifier installed together 4 years ago. The installers from 4 years ago never told me that I was supposed to do anything with the humidifier.) Ricky is a great person. He truly cares. The service was far better than anyone could ever expect and it cost me nothing because I have a protection plan with Reliance.

Sales person and Installer very very professional and job done same day. THANK - YOU it is not to often you can even get someone to call you back let alone get the job done the same day

Ramtin and Brett are awesome. They Changed my previous Tankless water heater with a larger one as I needed more flow. Nice job. Quick and responsible. 100% recommended. very happy.

During a routine yearly maintenance check a serious crack was noted in the heat exchanger and I needed to repair or replace the furnace. The home advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable in my decision to replace the equipment. The install went very well. The technicians were friendly, explained things clearly and assured me they would be back when weather improved to replace the central air conditioner. Thank you for excellent service.

Had Bill wright come give us options on purchasing or renting new furnace. He was very helpful decided to upgrade furnace and rent on monthly basis. he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Furnace was installed the following week. We were very pleased with his services. Would recommend Reliance to anyone I know.

My furnace blower wasn't working, the technician removed it and brought it in to be repaired. He returned within a couple hours. My furnace is old so he didn't think he would be able to find the parts but he did. I am very grateful.

Keith came to fix an issue we had with our pipe. It was fast and efficient and he was awesome. He took his time identifying the issue and verifying what he did worked. Thanks for being so great Keith.
