    New HVAC system

    Moved into our new home in March, extremely high gas bill, wife wanted central air. Called Reliance, John Sageloly was at my house the next day for an assessment. Extremely helpful, decided to upgrade the whole system and rent on a monthly basis, Basically free with the savings I will get on my gas bill. Was able to install whole system the following week. Extremely pleased with the service, and peace of mind that Reliance covers any issues should they arise.

    A/c

    I just had a sales rep come by to give me a quote on an A/C unit I vas very impressed with his service he explained all available options clear and concise and was very helpful with all my questions I highly recommend dealing with Reliance they are vey professional.

    New furnace installed

    Very satisfied with the service. The technicians Dan and Andrew were very polite,they took the time to explain the new thermostat function ,and the new humidifier function. And the function of the new furnace. I would recommend this company to my friends and tell them how we are satisfied with the the way their technician Dan and Andrew were nice and helpful to us.

    watertank

    Jezmar mcBean was here for about 15 mins repaired and had our hot water tank up and running in no time!! Also answered some questions I had about the plumbing plan as well, was very helpful and knowledgable. Very polite young man, Pays for the protection plan!!

    Hot Water Tank repair

    My hot water tank was not working on the weekend. I went online and booked an appointment for Monday from 7am-11am. The technician arrived around 9:30am and was able to complete the service in a timely fashion. He was extremely polite, professional and helpful. His name is Grant Wilkie. I would recommend Reliance and Grant's professional services to anyone. Thank you!

    Hot water tank issues

    Grant #DAA4362 - Very polite young man. Called to advised he was on his way, arrived promptly, wore his booties during the entire repair. Installed new parts and ensure hot water tank was working properly. Cleaned up when done. Explained exactly what was done.

    Tankless Hot Water Heater Installation

    We had our tankless hot water system installed on April 20 - through Frank Ondracka - It took a while, but it's all done and we are very happy with the product and the service we received !     Leaky shower

    Service was covered by plan. Bernie Cullen, plumbing tech, was the second serviceman to check out the problem and discovered the drain mechanism was loose and the seal under the drain cover needed re-caulking. Replaced cover and put new caulking to seal. Can't use for 24 hours and sure do hope Bernie has solved my dilemma as the shower is directly over my bedroom clothes closet. Appreciate the fast and efficient service given and am confident there will be no further trouble.

    Timely, Polite, courteous, knowledgable and reliable

    I took advantage of a promo 21 Point Precision Tune-Up that Reliance had in the fall on both my Furnace and AC, and was extremely satisfied with the work done, as well as the knowledge and courteousness of the technician they sent (Mario). Good help is hard to find these days, and I'm glad I was able to find it! Mario kindly answered all my questions (and I had a lot) about the service and HVAC equipment while the work was being performed, and he also shared additional preventative maintenance tips that I could also do myself to prolong the life of my equipment. He was extremely thorough with the work he was doing and I could see the attention to detail that was given, even when performing some cleanup work around the equipment before he left. Timely, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable! I wish all technicians and companies were this way! I am extremely satisfied with the service received from Reliance! Thanks Mario for the great work and outstanding customer service, very much appreciated!
