Had my yearly maintenance check, and all was good. The technician was courteous and professional.

We needed help with our hot water. Vincent from Reliance was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and explained all the details very well. He took his time to correct the issue and made sure everything was working well before leaving. Excellent service!

Woke up to a cold house and called reliance. The lady said "hey this is your lucky day! Bill came within 3 hours to fix it. I was excited! Buy a lottery ticket she said! Bill came and he was great but after a quick look with his scope told me I need a new furnace. Well, that sucks!!! Jason came that same day and was very knowledgeable in which furnace would be best for my 130 year old house. (furnace wasn't that old, just the house). I was his last appointment of the day. The following morning at 8.30 the new furnace was being installed and was up and running by noon. The guys that came were also great. I told them I did not want a nest thermostat and they searched the van for a good old fashioned no bells and whistles thermostat for me. The entire experience, although a bummer, was very good with all representatives I dealt with. I liked Jason the best because he was also helpful telling me that a 2 point tinfoil hat might be better than 1 point tinfoil hat. A good sense of humour is always a plus for me when I would rather pout about spending that much money when I thought it would just be fixed. Thanks Jason!

Chris replaced our water heater today. Were very happy with his work. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, expertise and the quality of his work. I would give him more stars if I could. Thank yiu, Chris!

I have had techs to my home for furnace as well as plumbing. The service technician John was polite, respectful and efficient. Lyndsey was a delight to chat with. Thank you

Had new water heater installed (old one had a leak). The man who came to install it was professional and polite. Quickly finished the job and took the old water heater away.

I am renting a furnace from this company for $100 a month, and it stops heating my house in the winter. As Im renting it they are supposed to come and fix it if there are any issues. While the thermostat stops working and it doesnt self charge my house is 58 degrees. Derek team number 113787 comes to my house and looks at it and tells me to charge it for 24 hours and leaves my home with no heat! IN WINTER!! What about my pipes and dogs. So angry with this company and its service. Do not recommend!!!

Garth, their representative was a font of knowledge and as good a representative of a company as I have ever met. Highest quality products only and timely installation. Exceptional communication every step of the way. I look forward to working with Reliance seamlessly from here on!
