    Furnace Service

    Furnace was acting up not firing properly. Called reliance and had a tech out within 3 hours to fix the issue. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly, he identified the problem after I explained what it was doing. He had it fixed within the hour. He checked out and made sure everything else was working properly before leaving.

    Service

    I was very happy with the service tech Mark, who fixed my rental water heater in a timely fashion. He was friendly and courteous, he made sure I was happy with the water temperature and had to go up and down stairs many times without complaint.

    Great service

    Tony was very thorough in his maintenance inspection and explained what he was doing and how the furnace worked very clearly. His patience with answering any questions was comforting. Tony's attention to making sure everything was working properly, including cleaning the five burners which had soot build up from a previous resolved issue, was greatly appreciated. We can rest better now knowing the furnace is working properly again.

    Terrible Experience

    Working with this company is a terrible experience. The first problem is incorrect billing, where the company continued to bill the rental rate for our unit for two billing cycles despite confirming they would apply the buyout price instead of the rental price at the next billing cycle. The second problem is incorrect invoicing, where the company misspelled the account holder's name, wrote that they would correct the spelling during the next billing cycle, and then continued to issue invoices with the incorrect spelling for two more billing cycles. The third issue is nonresponsiveness, where the company never re-issued new invoices with the correct spelling of the account holder's name despite multiple and repeated requests in writing and by phone.

    PPP service visit

    Have had the plumbing protection plan (PPP) for a couple of years. Can't say it has been used a lot (perhaps 3-4 times) since getting it. Debated about getting rid of it. Had plumber (Andrew) come in today. He took care of the issues that had been reported and even went over and beyond by repairing additional issues that were discussed and that he noticed. Thank you Andrew for your professionalism.

    Bathroom Tap Replaement

    Had a great and successful home visit with Justin and Ron. They were friendly and very efficient . My bathroom faucet was installed and unplugged my laundry tub drain. I was very thankful for everything they did. I would recommend them to everyone. Very hard workers.

    Humdifier Issue

    We had a humidifier issue. Chris, the technician found that our pad was clogged and that the condensate pump required replacement. Work was done under the heating plan so it cost us nothing. Chris is a Very pleasant person and very professional. Very thorough and explained the situation to us. Five stars!

    new furnace

    My heat stopped. I called Reliance. They came out and looked at my furnace. The heat exchange was done. They gave me options. I chose to get a new furnace and rent.
