    furnace and central air conditioner

    We are very pleased with our agent, Bill Wright from Reliance. His willingness to help us make informed decisions and his information sharing is much appreciated. We first met Bill about eight years ago when we changed from oil heating to gas. At that time we signed an agreement to get both an updated furnace and central air, Our requirements were listened to and supplied. We are looking forward to updating the equipment and saving some money with more efficient furnace and air conditioner.Dealing with Bill Wright and the Reliance company is always a pleasant experience,

    Plumbing Work

    I recently had fantastic experience with Reliance, I had a pluming job related to the hot tank. I am very pleased with the service provided to me by the technician, Jeff Lippert. He has an excellent personality, and very professional with his work. Thank you so much Jeff!

    Turn gas back on after "Hot Water On Demand" installation

    I had a "Hot Water On Demand" system installed. The installers unfortunately forgot to turn the gas back on after they had finished the job. I therefore called Reliance to send a HVAC Technician to turn the gas back on. The HVAC Technician that came over was Randy Heggie - DAA3311. Not only did he turn the gas back on, he reignited the pilot light for my fireplace, cleaned the window for my fireplace and replaced the filter for my furnace. This person went above and beyond what he came over to do. He surpassed all expectations and I greatly appreciated it. He is a superstar in my books!!! Thank you Randy!!!

    Installed new water hearer.

    Regarding ADAM Tech #120, excellent work and customer service! Thank you Reliance. I just had water heater replaced. Excellent service. Keep up good work Reliance. It is dumb to ask for 30.

    Furnance Install

    I was very impressed with the install of the furnace and the men were very fast and knowledgeable. The Sale Rep. had my best interest and sold me the unit that I needed and didn't waste any time getting me the best deal, service date, and everything worked out just great. Plus you can take advantage of the 6mths. no payment or interest plan! My Sales Rep., was Glenn Bersuk.

    hot water tank

    Discovered a leaking hot water tank early Monday morning, and it was replaced by Tuesday afternoon. The technician, Warren Lavin, was extremely helpful, clearly explaining what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, patient, and he was extremely helpful. Thank you for the peace of mind!

    Furnace repair

    came home from vacation, had no heat in the house, call reliance, they sent one of their service tech, Rob, was there promptly, tools in hand, and got to work fast to get heat restored in my house. Was very happy with the quality of work, and the costumer service. He went on to explain how to prevent a this problem from happening in the future. Will use this company again!!

    Hot water problem

    Had a problem with my water heater. They sent someone out the day after we called who diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it. Scheduled the correct tradesman to come out the next day. Showed up right on time and had the work done in no time. No concerns.

    Hot Water Tank Service

    I had my hot water tank replaced a few weeks ago (which was also a great service experience), but noticed a slight natural gas smell shortly after. I called to have the tank inspected, and James (DAA2881) came by to have a look. Very professional, considerate, and fixed the problem quickly. Another fantastic customer experience with Reliance.

    Water boiler repairs

    Took to Twitter after some period of frustration with replacing some parts in a non-functioning water boiler that I rent. Was quickly contacted and scheduled for a tech visit on the same day. Was in contact with Reliance constantly over the next 3 days as they scheduled 2 more tech visits for diagnosis and part replacement. Very satisfied with the level of communication and the professionalism by the tech. Thank you, Caitlin and Carl for your help in getting my home heated again! As a last word, I would hope that the standard call-center would be as helpful on a regular basis, as I had to endure some months of being ignored before I took to Twitter.
