Derek came on time and as scheduled. He assessed the situation and replaced our water heater in a professional timely manor. I was extremely pleased. Thank you for the prompt courteous service.

Finally got around to replacing the old hot water heater that came with the house, and between phone call and unit installed was about 48 hours. Good service, good price, and I feel comfortable with my payment plan.

Had a tech come in and change out a pressure relief valve. He was here and gone in like 10 mins. Very knowledgeable tradesman. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Phil came in on a Sunday morning and was able to quickly determine what the problems were with our 3 faucets that had very low water flow. All had different reasons as to why they were no flowing properly and he quickly diagnosed and took care of our concerns.

I moved into my home late last year, after multiple problems with my hot water tank I decided to replace it. Reliance was always quick to come and diagnose my hwt and it would work for a short period of time. After I called for a new larger tank, they were at my house in less than 24 hrs and installed it in less than an hour. Matthieu Robillard was my technician and he was great! Highly recommend!!

Woke up to no hot water on a Saturday morning. Since our unit is a rental, we phoned Reliance right away. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes before speaking with a representative. However, once the representative responded to my call, she was friendly and courteous. The earliest they could get a technician scheduled to come to our house was the next morning between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday morning at 7:45 a.m. technician Matt M. DAA1920 phoned and promptly arrived at our house 15 minutes later. He was polite, courteous and informative. He managed to find the root of the problem and had our hot water tank fixed within the hour. Our family of five is very happy to have hot water again. You don't realize how much you depend on or enjoy hot water coming out of your faucets until there is none! Thanks Reliance! :)

Jeff came and I explained the problems that I was having. He took a look and without hesitation said that he could take of that. He was fast and efficient and even took care of a leak that I was not aware of. Very courteous and professional.

came home from holidays and realizes furnace not working Friday afternoon. Reliance worker (Pat) immediately showed up and reviewed issue with furnace. Steve (advisor) arrived Friday afternoon to review options and arrange from prompt new furnace. Next day Saturday Chris and Andrew called prior to visit to confirm there arrival to install new furnace. They provided efficient, excellent service. They were polite and informative. Made sure my questions were answered. They even took the time to answer my questions about protection plans for plumbing. Excellent service from Chris and Andrew.
