After some frustration, it was all resolved after having Omar from reliance, tech ID rce3629 come to my house immediately after I called to review the hot water plumbing issue. Greatly appreciate the speedy and confident assistance!! Would recommend Reliance!

Salesman ( Dan) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, technicians were friendly and did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up after install and they answered all my questions,(Mike and Stephane).

It was a very good experience with your sales person Andrew. He explained everything nicely. Also the installation was done neatly. I hope it will be great experience with Reliance. Thanks.

I want to thank Wes for coming today and fixing my water heater. I was extremely worried that we couldn't have this problem fixed in a timely manner, meaning I wouldn't have hot water for a while, it was nerve wrecking to say the least. Wes is an experienced professional, he had the problem fixed in no time at all. He also gave me great advice on how to maintain/ upgrade the heater. Thank you Wes for the great service!

Our Furnace was not providing us with the heating needed to keep the house warm. We had Manjeet Warraich come visit us today during this early cold morning. He was quick to find the root cause of the problem and then he had fixed the furnace. He was very polite, professional and was very informative in providing me information on proper care and maintenance, and also the new products available that could save us long-term costs. Overall, was very satisfied by the customer care he had shown us today.

Never called once in over eight months if owner our home and the one time we call over a leaking water heater they refuse to deal with it until about 60 calls later almost a week later and a customer having to threaten to get a lawyer and go to social media! I would never ever recommend this company your just a number to them they could care less to be bothered to even do check ups on their products let alone replace them in a timely matter. L I E after L I E (apparently I'm not aloud to use the word L i e it's banned on here!?!) was told and never spoke to the same person more than once absolute waste of your money and time they are too big to be able to keep up and satisfy customers go another route if possible there are lots of small businesses ready and willing to do good work for the same cost!

Dan 2097, and Bill 1098 showed up on time, and got the difficult job done in a timely and professional manner. Much better job than my previous install. This one was done right!

Mike Grant (the Advisor) was precise and reliable, closing on a nice upgrade offer for furnace & AC, in addition to providing a pre-inspection to confirm installation details and being there to check in on the progress. Peter (from NIS Heating) did a top notch job. Installation was quick and flawless.

our furnace was not blowing properly so called and Richard Petersen arrived and diagnosed the problem. The next person to come was Chris Margaritis and he explained our options and we ordered a new one. The next day Matthew Hannona and Iannik Dion arrived and installed it within a few hours. We were very impressed with the service and that our problem was resolved so quickly. We highly recommend this company and this group of people for your needs. Great job guys!!!!!!
