I appreciated Tiffany's patience in answering all my questions and knowledge around all products and services available to me. I found her to be honest, relatable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Reliance Comfort was very instrumental in getting our furnace installed during the month of December. Even though it was a busy time for them, Dave Master showed credibility and stood by their product. Reliance was really not comfortable until we were comfortable with our furnace. It was installed in the time allotted for the installation and working. We got our furnace done in December ! The Dave Master's team was very fast and efficient. I wish more companies were like Reliance Comfort, taking care of their customers. Go Reliance

I love Jason Rowe's Recommendation and the package that he offered. I also want to say "Thank You" to the 2 technicians (Matthew Peter Appelman & ANDREW CLAYTON) that came to my house and did a wonderful job on installing furnace and AC units.

Reliance was quick and effective at diagnosing and repairing my furnace issues. The tandem who came for the diagnosis were excellent and knowledgeable quickly identifying the problem. Grant, who completed the repair, was efficient, polite, and effective. Grant moved through the repair unflinchingly while making time as he labored to answer my questions and make small talk. Top notch - will recommend.

My Condensation Pump was leaking water. Called a Reliance Rep, he came and fixed it. But furnace and AC was 20+ years old. Sales Rep came we bought new ones. Installers, sales rep great people!!!

I would like to thank Andrew Prince for his outstanding help and advise on water softner and furnace. I will certainly recommend him to family and friends. He was so patient with all my questions regarding products of purchase and rental. Explained everything so I would understand. Also, the service man that installed my water softner was great. He explain everything how to maintain it. Reliance you have great people working for you. Ildiko

Called Customer support. Got a live body in 3 minutes. Service advisor came out within 3 hours. Called first. Expertly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and gave good, honest advice on the pros and cons of repair or new purchase. Thanks to Chris B (0907)!

They have the worse customer services ever. Took time of work for installation and they didn't even show up. Called the sales rep that sold us the unit and he told me we weren't approved for financing which made no sense since my husband and I have great credit. They waited for the delivery day to start the paper work. When called the customer service I was on the phone for over two hours and they told me it was schedule for installation for 2 hours from now. Horrible Company to deal with.

Last week we had our old furnace replaced and a also a new AC install done. We first had Pat come in and he did an excellent job of quoting us and explaining everything. (We work shift work and he was super accommodating as well) So pleasant to work with. He even stopped in during the install to ensure that everything was going smoothly and I was happy with it all. The day of install we had Nic and Steve show up on time and ready to work. Both men were very professional and made sure that I was updated throughout the day. They were courteous and made sure to clean up everything in my home! Went through everything with me, and again repeated it all to my husband when he got home. Really happy with the service that these guys provided, and couldn't give them a better rating. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the service from the sales associate (Rob Rowe). Right down to the installers Mike M and Rob D. They went above and beyond their job. Upon installing my furnace they noticed a kinked gas line and the piping was not wide enough for my stove and did not meet code. They replaced it for me with Reliance paying for it. Now that's great service. Thanks for making my home safe. Cleanliness let me say that my basement was cleaner when they left than when they started. Would highly recommend them. Thanks again very pleased with my new furnace.
