Very pleased with the service from the sales associate (Rob Rowe). Right down to the installers Mike M and Rob D. They went above and beyond their job. Upon installing my furnace they noticed a kinked gas line and the piping was not wide enough for my stove and did not meet code. They replaced it for me with Reliance paying for it. Now that's great service. Thanks for making my home safe. Cleanliness let me say that my basement was cleaner when they left than when they started. Would highly recommend them. Thanks again very pleased with my new furnace.

Excellent service provided by Mike M. & Rob D. - 2 very professional technicians with exceptional customer service skills. From the onset of our furnace breaking down & problem diagnosed by another professional with Reliance, Neil & Home Comfort Advisor Amy Anderer, we are more than pleased with their prompt service, resulting in our secure home comfort. Very important in February! All services completely explained & overall very pleased to deal with a company that appears to stress customer satisfaction.

Hot water tank cold water intake valve went. Jason from reliance responded to the service call and was very informative regarding the issue and how to fix it. He also identified a problem with the mixing valve. The problems were quickly and efficiently resolved. Jason was very knowledgeable. Very positive experience!

Met with John from Reliance today. Arrived promptly to our scheduled time to meet. Explained all options and all products throughly and effectively. Was very knowledgeable about products. Did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time during our meeting. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our older furnace had stopped working, after the technician got us running again it was suggested we replace our furnace. The next day I was contacted by (Vince) home comfort advisor. He came by a sort time later explained all the options, paperwork, rebates and insentives to me. Two days later as scheduled the installers (Ken & Joe) team members came on time. They were very professional and did a great job explaining everything to me. The new furnace looks and feels great!

It's nice to know the Reliance "experts" really know what they're doing that it took three scheduled visits and multiple phone calls to get my hot water tanked repaired. And to top it all off the third repair "expert" shut my furnace off and didn't turn it back on so after not have hot water for three days, I also returned home in the evening to a frigid house. Way to go, guys. Beyond disappointed.

We had Ryan the advisor from North bay come to our home to talk about a new furnace . He was on time and very cheerful. Ryan was absolutely amazing and we felt very comfortable with him . We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new furnave to contact him . Thank you
