Had Casey and Norm in Sault Ste Marie come and install a new furnace. They were very professional, polite, and good workers. Clean up was great. They explained to me everything I needed to know about my furnace and thermostat! Thanks guys for a job well done. See u in the spring for the a/c. I also had Casey and Dave install a new hot water tank a few weeks ago. Again they were very professional and completed the job quickly. Thanks guys, job well done!

Our experience was very positive from start to finish. Tony, the adviser, spent hours in our home ensuring we were happy and everything was well explained. The installers, Bill & Wes, worked very efficiently and were very cooperative. Everything was explained well, after installation was complete, and everything was left very clean. All in all, easy people to deal with.

John is such a pleasant person to deal with. Very professional , take time to answer all you're question an still keeps on smiling. I must say it the first time that a repair man come to my house an takes time to put a sheet on the floor . I was very impressed. You can tell that he takes pride in the work he does. Reliance, you should be should be grateful to have such a hard an compassionate employee like John on you're team. Thank you so much for the great service.

We had a new a/c installation on Feb6/17,all the stages were performed in a very professional manner..there was an issue with one of the a/c parts,and it was resolved right away ...good job..by everyone involved..teamwork..thanks

James technician DAA2881 came over to our home to repair our water heater. He was very efficient, very polite, he did an amazing job and are very happy with his service. If I could have James come all the time I'd be very happy! I'd recommend you to anyone. Thanks so much James!

My appointment for yearly maintenance was booked promptly, filty filter was changed and all was good with testing. James L. Has serviced apartments couple of times and find him to be very personable and friendly. Reliance has been excellent in service and would highly recommend.
