Decided to switch my regular water tank for the tankless water heater 2 days ago. Excellent Technicians and advisors. Now I am still texting the new tank to see how efficient it is and how fast we get the hot water.

Water heater was replaced with ease in a very professional manner by Lee Laplante. The workmanship was top quality and took care of the home while bringing heavy appliance up/down the basement.

Last week we finally decided to install a new tankless water heater unit at my home at NW Calgary . I contacted the sales and was directed to Daniel, after long disscusion with Daniel we finally choose a product for our home. There were few hickups post installtions and were attended to immedietly. The service tech that visited us was Darren McDonald who was very thorough and professional in his approach to the issues. Due to the very good service I will be recommending Reliance as a brand to my friends. Both the gentlemen mentioned above in this note are excellent professionals and your company should be proud to have these individuals as dedicated, friendly employees.My big thanks. Abbas

Very professional work received. System meets peculiar setup for our home with its complex zone heating and cooling requirements. Especially appreciated rework required to meet current code standards. Installation team was very respectful of our home in clean up of the worksite.

Problem with furnace 9pm Feb 9th 2017. Called the service number and set up an appointment for 7am - 11am Feb 10th 2017. Technician called before 7am and arrived 7am. Furnace up and running by 8am. Technician very efficient and friendly. Furnace was installed in 2009 by Reliance and so repair was under the 10yr warranty. A very satisfied customer.

In December 2016, I finally decided to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit at my home at 994 Martin Ave in Sudbury. I contacted the sales branch at our local Reliance office and was directed to Steve in sales. Steve attended at my residence on several occasions and a ductwork professional was hired. Steve maintained contact with me during this process. The home in question had to be altered to get the duct work in and walls, ceilings were removed. Steve attended during and on the completion of the duct work. Steve also attended when two furnace and air conditioning experts attended a few weeks later. I was lucky to have Daniel and Lance attend at my residence. They obviously knew what they were doing and installed the noted equipment with precision and accuracy. I was given instruction on the operation of the equipment and a cleanup was done afterwards. All three gentlemen I have mentioned in this note are excellent and your company should be proud to have these individuals as dedicated, friendly employees. Rob Kaelas

Matt, Fred and Terry were all very professional. When asbestos was found under my 60 year old furnace, they were on the phone within seconds to get taken care of. Terry set up financing for me quickly and Matt and Fred put in new unit as fast as they could. Kept room neat and tidy and cleaned better than it was before started work. New hot water thank installed in under 2 hours. Excellent technician. Very satisfied with the service. Miserable weather here, and deep snow to wade thru and work installing new venting system.

I was very impressed with Reliance Home Comfort service in Burlington, ON. My appointment for yearly maintenance was booked promptly and I was able to have them come in the next day. Peter G. was very courteous, polite and helpful. He explained everything and was very thorough in his inspection. The previous technician was not able to remove the front panel because a problem with one of the screw fixtures on one side. After explaining that he would do his best to remove the panel with the understanding that it may break as a result so we might have to tape it back in place, I said go ahead. No way of getting in there otherwise! He managed to get it off and do a proper inspection, without issue. The side where the plastic screw cover was broken is taped to keep it in place. Overall a very positive service experience and I'd highly recommend as a result.
