Our furnace and air conditioner were on their last legs and I was dreading the process and cost to get them replaced. We rent our hot water tank from Reliance Home Comfort and have been happy with the service so I made the call to them first to see about options and pricing. The sales rep that met with me was fantastic - punctual, friendly, and had a great way about reviewing our options. We ended up replacing all 3 units with them and decided to rent instead of buy out-right. I'am a numbers person and was a bit skeptical at first about the rental option, but it's a no brainer, PLUS our system will be serviced twice a year and replaced at any time at no additional cost. The two guys that came to do the install were also fantastic. Much like their sales partner, punctual, professional, friendly and extremely clean and tidy. We are thrilled with the work, the equipment and I look forward to significantly reduced hydro bills!

We called the Reliance customer support line and were answered without delay, told Mary about our plumbing problem (the toilet was leaking around the bottom of the toilet bowl), she arranged for a repair visit that same day. Phil arrived within the scheduled time frame, found the problem which was different from the obvious one that we thought it was, replaced 2 parts, cleaned up and gave us some good simple advice to correct an additional problem that he found. Phil was very courteous and very personable. We really appreciated the fast courteous great service.

Reliance customer service is disastrous and awful. For last 2 month they made me to open my drywall, false claim about asbestos insulation and made me pay for unnecessary tests, made me to stayed home and not get paid and no water heater is installed yet. Simply if you care for your comfort, just DO NOT go with Reliance. I contacted them to rent a water heater. They inspected my home twice, estimated a day for the job, scheduled installation and told me I need to remove few drywalls so they can replace few pipes as well. At that day I stayed home, did not get paid and I removed drywalls but they did not show up till 3pm and told me it is too late to start the job. They took a piece of my insulation and told it might be asbestos (which is ridiculous due to my home age). Few days later I was told it was asbestos and they will not do the job till I remove the insulation. I was very upset and worried about my family health so I tested it myself and the report shows it is not asbestos. I contacted them 3 times (their PM and their customer resolution) to install the water heater based on our contract and reimburse all the costs the caused. Reliance did not get back to me. They have done nothing. After 2 month for a simple job which supposed to be their expertise, they could not manage to install a water heater. Reliance mismanagement caused just headaches and waste of money.

Bob fradgley has come to my house two times now to fix my toilets and was very great he goes beyond what is expected great man he is very friendly and kind did a very good job

3 stars, because tank was hard to get... had to wait 2-3 weeks for replacement. (not their fault, but being in the insurance for appliance business, i would expect a better turn around time) 5 stars for the service tech that did the replacement.. was honest, did good work, provided proper knowledge transfer, would definitely recommend

Just wanted to commend Bob-Tech# :CBA4174 for the plumbing work carried out at our home. He was on time, professional and showed good customer relationship skills. To crown it all...there was no additional cost to us for fixing our plumbing concerns because we are on the right plan.

Grant W professional and helpful with regard to his maintenance/ repair visit. Great work keep it up! He repaired my blower motor and ensured it was installed in a timely fashion . I should also note the initial service tech was also very meticulous and provided me with an informative report with regard to the repair that was required.

John came in today to give us details on replacing an old boiler. He answered all our questions with knowledge and respect. We are extremely happy with the service he provided!

Made an appt. a few days ago for my annual maintenance. Recd a phone call from maintenance man to come out soon. He got here in less than 10 minutes as promised. Performed a thorough cleaning and inspection. Was very detailed and courteous and very pleased with the outcome. Call Reliance, they aim to please and definitely worth the minor monthly investment for peace of mind. Thanks, Phil!
