Made an appt. a few days ago for my annual maintenance. Recd a phone call from maintenance man to come out soon. He got here in less than 10 minutes as promised. Performed a thorough cleaning and inspection. Was very detailed and courteous and very pleased with the outcome. Call Reliance, they aim to please and definitely worth the minor monthly investment for peace of mind. Thanks, Phil!

They replaced our old furnace and AC unit, along with a humidifier and thermostat in a very short period of time. This included cutting a new hole in the outside wall for an air intake duct, something the builder of the house neglected to do. They left absolutely nothing behind and everything works perfectly.

Needed my hot water tank replaced. The 1st guy was a no show, had to call again the next day to rebook appointment. After that appointments were on time & professional. The service guy who installed the tank did an excellent job, no mess. Thanks Brad!

After serious problem was diagnosed by Keith (5243)who shut down the furnace and arranged the appointment right away with the adviser Alan Sinnett who was excellent explaining everything and very kind making the customer feel very confident. The furnace and air condition was put in my house the following day and my house was warm within 24 hours. I must say that the installers were great at their clean up after.

They were efficient, and pleasant and helpful. They cleaned up and left everything tidy. Showed me how to use the thermostat.

Our furnace stopped working Tuesday Jan 31. I called customer service, call was answered immediately. Gave info, and within minutes was informed that we would receive service call next morning between 10:am and 2:pm. Operator apologized for not getting there same night but had an unusually # of calls. Wednesday at 11:am, techs called to say they were on their way. Service received from David, DAA4271, and Casey, DAA4478, fixed the problem. Great, courteous service from technicians. Thankyou, we now have heat.

Salesman AL Stinnett was very helpful and answered all questions.set up appointment for installation of furnace and air conditioner. Servicemen were very professional and answered all questions and left a clean workspace and explained how new equipment worked very satisfied

Murray was great, crew arrived on time and completed the install within promised time. Very professional in all aspects of the installation. Installation crew kept work area clean and protected floors etc. Murray followed up to ensure satisfaction.

Our hot water tank was leaking. Reliance (Sudbury) sent Matt (DAA4357) to repair the unit. I was more than pleased with Matt, he was very friendly, respectful and knowledgable. He explained what the problem was in simple terms, and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you Matt, I appreciate the very quick service.

They guy I got Mat R he was amazing. You will be happy with you get him. I have never been happy with with a guy coming in to house and looking around
