    Furnace

    New furnace arriving next week. Thanks to Laura from Reliance for the great service. You made what could have a difficult decision much easier. Clear and thorough explanations help. Efficient and friendly service.

    Plummer

    I required the use of a Plummer as I have purchased the reliance total plumbing and heating program. Your Plummer arrived in the time frame indicated and besides being on time was not only excellent in his ability to do the work but was very polite and very easy to work with as he has a very good understanding of how to listen to the customer. The gentleman's name is Muthoni Grant (#4381) and is a real asset to Reliance. If your entire work force is like him you have a real winner! Going forward and when I have plumbing needs I intent to ask for him by name as this is the kind of individual that I like to deal with.

    NIGHTMARE - DO NOT GET RELIANCE

    Got the AC, FURNACE, WATER heater. They flooded my basement the next day due to negligence. Damage was only $1900. They said 30 days and they will compensate me 3-4 months of passing me to various "law clerks" and representatives NOTHING has happened. Now the sales rep "Reinaldo" nor anyone from reliance is replying to my voicemails or emails.

    Customer Service

    We just purchased two properties several months ago. We received two collection notifications that we have to pay the water heater rental fee immediately which we didn't know before. After I paid the balance, I called for several times to check whether I can terminate the service or not. Okay, that's really a waste of time cuz I got different answers every time !!!! One lady told me I would be charged $100 for picking up the equipment. The other lady told me I just need to mail back the sticker, that's it. Okay, today another impatient lady told me I don't have to mail the sticker cuz they will do picking up. She even can not let me finish my questions! and say "have a good day bye"! I just feel so bad. It's really a trick that I have to pay a contract I even don't sign it. and It is so inconvenient to cancel it. Can the customer service be more professional????!!!!!

    Garage heater in lively

    The install team Branch and Austin showed up on time early Friday morning. They were very polite and clean. Promptly began work in a very professional manner. They installed the garage heater very fast and it is looking great! Very happy and would highly recommend!

    Furnace Check-up

    My experience with Reliance has been a very good one. The technician Piru Navaratnarajah, thoroughly explained the function and utility of my furnace every step along the way. He also provided variable options and was able to offer sound and invaluable advice. Thank you. Lorraine

    Very disappointed

    Reliance inherited the company "alliance", and its customers. Reliance seems focussed on upselling customers. Not customer service. They refused to repair my existing water heater, and insisted I needed an upgrade, then tried to force me to sign a contract to get the upgrade-a contract that was less favourable to me than the one I had with alliance. If they refuse to repair my existing water heater, and insist that I need an upgrade, I should not be forced to sign a contract. Repair guy was VERY rude, refusing to repair a leaking pump. My six year old is battling leukaemia, and the last thing we need to struggle with is a water heater. I never had these problems with "alliance". I am so, very disappointed with this company.

    New furnace install

    Brendan and Len went above and beyond to make sure the install went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. They cleaned out the airflow clog as well as had to put new vent in and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much guys! Great service :)

    Rental of furnace and a/c unit

    I am starting home renos and wanted to replace my furnace which was 25 years old and the a/c which was 10 years old. The representative called to confirm and even called back when he thought he might be late because of previous appointment. In the end he was not late but I appreciated the heads up. He was very knowledgable of the products I had and what needed. I was very happy with the service and products I got from Reliance and would strongly recommend this company to others.

    Replace Furnace & A/C

    At the end of December, I called Reliance to get an estimate for both furnace and A/C units. Kelly Gilkinson (sales rep) came in on January 5th and as we asked she took the time to explain the products and services included in rental & purchase options very clearly, which helped us make the decision to opt for renting on the very same day. Installation was scheduled within a week. The technicians Mike and Luciano performed a clean and quality work while providing explanations about the parts and procedures along the way. After the installation both Luciano and Mike took the time to go over the set up and usage of the heating and cooling systems in detail as well. We are very satisfied with their work and are convinced we made the right decision to go with the Reliance team. Especially Kelly Gilkinson took the time to answer my questions even after the sale and installation were completed. I hope we will receive the same service in future with billing and maintenance calls as well! Impressive job Kelly, Luciano and Mike!! Thank you,
