Reliance inherited the company "alliance", and its customers. Reliance seems focussed on upselling customers. Not customer service. They refused to repair my existing water heater, and insisted I needed an upgrade, then tried to force me to sign a contract to get the upgrade-a contract that was less favourable to me than the one I had with alliance. If they refuse to repair my existing water heater, and insist that I need an upgrade, I should not be forced to sign a contract. Repair guy was VERY rude, refusing to repair a leaking pump. My six year old is battling leukaemia, and the last thing we need to struggle with is a water heater. I never had these problems with "alliance". I am so, very disappointed with this company.
