    Water tank replacement

    My rented natural gas hot water tank needed to be replaced as it was running out of hot water faster than usual. Reliance was able to have a new tank installed the next morning which was very much appreciated since Christmas was only a few days away. The technician was courteous, professional and completed the switch in just a few hours. Job well done !!

    Great Job Guys !!!

    I had Matt (2824) and Fred (2962) install my brand new furnace and air conditioner. Great job in the installation. They went over everything with me, kept the place neat and tidy and the system works great. I'd have no problem recommending these two for any future work. Thanks again

    service for rented furnace

    We are renting the furnace unit. We were out of the heat for almost a week. The company told us to go buy 2 ceramic heaters and we would be reimburse. The guy who came to fix the unit was compassionate and told us the unit was from1995 and the part that was suppose to be change has never been change in all those years. It was suppose to be change every year. We are appreciated is service and we are happy to have heat again. We recommend this company to anyone. Yours truly.

    New furnace and A/C

    The two gentlemen explained everything that was going to happen and ask if I had any questions before they began. Installed there drop cloth to keep the place clean. Cleaned up all the garbage when they finished, great installation nice and tidy.

    Purchase of Air Conditioner

    I purchased a new air conditioner in September '16. When I signed the contract in my house with sales agent he assured me I was eligible for a $400 government rebate for replacing my old air conditioner, we did the paperwork right there and he said I should expect cheque in 4-8 weeks. 9 weeks later nothing received, I tried to follow up with sales agent via e-mail (I never got his phone number), he never responded. Around the same time I called Reliance to inquire about getting a tankless water heater to replace my current model which has a tank. Turns out they sent the same sales agent to my house to make a quote (at first he looked familiar but I wasn't sure if it was the same person). When he was about to leave he said he would be calling me again next day with a quote for the water heater. Then he realized my address was familiar and asked me if he had sold me the air conditioner in the summer, I recognized him then so I acknowledged and told him I had e-mailed him last week about the AC rebate, he said he would look into it. Days passed and he magically disappeared, never heard back from him on either the quote or the rebate inquiry. Called Reliance and was told the application for rebate had not been yet submitted (there was a deadline of Jan 8, 2017 to submit, otherwise I'd loose the rebate), and they would look into it. Days later I was told there had been an error in the initial application and it had been submitted a couple of days ago, and later on, on that same day, they called me again saying that my old AC was not eligible for rebate. If you enjoy being misled by a sales agent in the rush of making sales, being ignored when you try to follow up, and wasting your time on useless and misleading calls, go with Reliance. As for me, I will never do business with them again and definitely will not recommend to anyone.

    Plumber

    Bob Fradgley #4174 was great found what was wrong and did the work quickly and he did it right thank you so much. He can come to my house anytime.

    Installing a rental furnace

    My installer for the rental furnace program I selected was excellent. His name is Mirza from the Brilia Team. Mirza worked very hard not taking a lunch break, did an excellent job in installing the new furnace. He was very friendly and explained everything to me. I was very happy with his service.

    gas furnace

    David DAA 4271. Checked our gas furnace, cleaned and inspected it thoroughly. Excellent service was provided . Very knowledgable and informative about all Reliance products. He talked about the warranty on our products. Was professional and respected our premises . He answered all our questions.
