I was very impressed with Al who not only fixed the backup in my kitchen sink but he fixed an issue that someone else created and gave me helpful tips on how to care for the pipes in my house.

Michael Morphy came by my home today and measured my home for a new heating and cooling system rental. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way! I will definitely recommend him and your company to others!

Absolute professionals, Right from our rep.. ( Zuzana).. Who explained everything in great detail and No forceful sales pitch. She had left us to decide, I must have drove her crazy! For 2 weeks i kept calling and asking her questions ( My fault ) LOL.. She was so happy to answer any questions.. What a pleasure to deal with! She even come out of her way to make sure the install was going well. Then there was the install, One word.. "PROFESSIONALS"!! 3 workers showed up " on time" for the install.. Install went without a glitch, Looks amazing!! Every worker could not wait to answer any questions i had. The boss ( Hardeep ) never left till we seen everything they had done and mad sure we were happy. He then come upstairs to explain the thermostat. I thank Zuzana and Hardeep and his helpers for such a great experience.. I highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort

We pay for the convenience of having our tank working perfectly and if not they come and fix it! These promises are not met and blantently ignored. I can't wait to be done with this company!!

When a broken furnace left us without heat during a brutal cold snap, we called Reliance for an appointment to go over our options for purchase/rental. We had also recently learned that our water tank was badly corroded and needed replacing as well. John S came to the house right on time and went over our options with us. He was very knowledgable and thorough in giving us the info, but not once did I feel like we were sitting through a 'pitch.' He left us to think things over and when I called him to say we'd like to proceed with the rentals, he promptly came back to line things up. The installation appointments were completely booked up for many weeks, but John worked on our behalf to switch things around and make sure we were looked after ASAP. It took extra time and effort for him to do this for us and I cannot express enough how appreciative we were. Just enjoyed a very warm and cozy Christmas- so much of that is because of him! Thanks again John- great work!!

Robert (11910) arrived early the next morning even though we did not lose furnace use. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He did the maintenance required, explaining as he went. Really happy with service.

Our water heater went on the Frits Xmas eve. Called up Reliance and they sent us a awesome service tech. early on Xmas day named Cameron Alkins who was able to fix the problem within an hour and get us hot water for the rest of the day. If it wasn't for reliance sending us Cameron I'm sure our day wouldn't have gone so well. So thank you reliance and a very special thank you to Cameron for giving us his time to make our Xmas special.

My basement was flooded in the fall and I HAD to replace my existing furnace and air conditioner and water heater. I ALSO I .bought a new drier. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK i had done and help Suzanna guerrieri was for me.

We signed up for the Reliance plumbing service contract and called for some repairs. The plumber who came out, (Muthoni) was excellent. I had more than one problem and everything was covered by the contract with no extra cost. He fixed a problem which a previous plumber had failed to correct. He was prompt, efficient and very tidy -actually cleaned up the messy space in my garage after he had to move stuff to reach the pipes, left it tidier than it was before! I was very pleased with the service.

Mathew F was my technician and he was very thorough, duteous and efficient. He did a great job and we were very pleased. I highly commend him and thank him for helping me with my furnace issues. Well done!
