    Hot Water Tank repair

    My hot water tank was not firing up on a consistent basis. A previous technician had fixed the tank about a month previously, but it started happening again. Gurpal (NWG) showed up this time to diagnose the problem. He cleaned the sensor and it started working right away. He told me to make sure that if it happens again, not to reset the tank before taking a picture of the LED lights that are on the control unit, as that tells them the error code to help diagnose the issue. Great advice which I will make sure to do next time. Gurpal was very professional and made sure to put his boot covers on as soon as he entered my home. He was very proficient and polite.

    lack of hot water

    I have been stuck with Reliance via my townhouse corporation for 10 yrs, paying an exorbitant amount of money for rental and warranty coverage. Upon not having hot water that was truly hot, and that lasted for less than 10 minutes, I called Reliance to have it fixed. After 4 reliance "technicians" investigated the problem for less than 1 minute, I was told that I needed to spend close to $500 to have the heat valve changed which they did not cover. Realizing it was not the heat valve, I called a reliance again and a technician was once again brought in. Turns out, a simple replacement of 1/2 check valve on the heating loop was the problem. It was fixed within minutes and I now have hot water for the first time in 2 years. 4 prior technicians stated that nothing was wrong or that I needed to hire someone to replace a part that Reliance did not cover. Needless to say, I'm horrified at the technicians provided by Reliance who don't care and don't take a moment to investigate potential issues. If it weren't for the last wonderful Reliance technician, I would still not have hot water. Thank you to the technician who took the time to figure things out and provide me with hot water that I had been lacking for 2 years. Reliance, you owe your customers better than that. It should not have taken 2 years to figure out this problem. To all customers dealing with heating or cooling issues, don't let disinterested, uneducated technicians tell you you need to spend more money. Man up Reliance and get some qualified technicians who actually care.

    Water tank

    Woke up no hot water. Called reliance. Jason came very efficient in finding the problem. DAA4387 was the employee. I have nothing negative to say. Great service ::)) Karen Blais

    Hot Water Tank

    We had a representative, DAA4271 come to look at our hot water tank because we had been told we could not replace it and leave it in the same spot. Dave was excellent and assured us that it could be done. We were so happy with Dave and the service we received. Thank you Reliance!

    Renovation sub-floor

    Jordan C. Explained that code was to his discretion to put in a heat shield or not, which he chose not to. Was polite and friendly. Did his work quickly & professional.

    tankless water heater furnace and AC for two apartments

    After months of wrongs and incompletes Mike McWilliams Sudbury office got it all sorted out. The thankless water heater the last addition was not working and Grant W tech came very fast. and had it up and running correcting yet another install error. Happy now.

    Furnance Maintenace

    Jason DAA4387 Jason was very professional and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable as well. Not only did he check our furnace he checked our air conditioner as well. He took extra steps with our furnace that no one else had done before. He let us know how old our furnace was and gave us several options. A very helpful and pleasant experience. Jason deserves a raise. Thank You

    New furnace installed

    Dritan would strongly recommend Reliance Home Comfort to everyone interested in replacing their heating furnace. I had the pleasure to meet several times with the Home Adviser, Daniel. He was able to answer all my questions and his suggestions and recommendations were really helpful. The installer team, Darrell and Keith, very polite and professional. They explain to me in details the sequence of operation and how to set up my new compatible, programmable thermostat, so my new furnace can work in max efficiency. Great customer service. Really reliable and nice people to work with. I strongly recommend reliance Home Comfort.

    New furnace and ac

    Decided to upgrade our furnace and a/c unit with the thought of renting due to the cost. The salesman, Mike Morphy that came to the house was very knowledgable and went into depth explaining how things worked. More than happy when I learned they came to inspect it and maintain it for the duration of the rental. Then when he was done talking he called for an install date, they are coming the next day, wow. Hopefully all goes well with the install. Pretty pleased.

    FURNACE CHECKUP AND SUBSEQUENT REPAIR

    JAMIE N., Very professional , quick to diagnose the problem and driving 1 1/2 hours to pick up the parts to repair our furnace. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend.
