My service guy Matt Coulombe serviced my furnace tonight. i have to say how professional he was, he has been here before and have to say he is a very nice courteous professional young man and reliance is very lucky to have him as part of their team. A big thank you once again Matt for the fantastic service you have provided. keep up the excellent work you do.

Had Mike M & Rob D here to pull out the old & install the new furnace. Turns out they found restrictions in the rerun air vent complicating the install to achieve the required levels. These guys stayed late & came up with a solution. Great job!

We received excellent service today from Mr. Mitruk. A very experienced technician with an apprentice alongside, Jason was quick to diagnose the problem and thorough in solving it. Polite and easy going too.

John C, Team Member 2546 was in today to repair our hot water tank. He had to replace the dip tube. The old was almost disintegrated. John is the real deal when it comes to genuine customer service. He is friendly and he takes pride in his work.

Discovered water heater leak at 10am and repair was done by 1pm. Service man John S did a great job and was very considerate about floor care . Quick , dependable service . Very pleased!!

from the sales representative to the installers one could not ask for a more courteous and cooperative group .They left no question unanswered and provided excellent detail. The work was done in a professional and prompt fashion. Care was taken to protect our home and free from harm. Clean up was done throughout the area and more . I would not hesitate to provide a reference 100% satisfied. (ps the service rep was also excellent )

We had a plumbing issue. Phil Pedrosa was sent out. He was very professional polite, personable. NO issues with him at all. He was great. We purchased the coverage plan that included plumbing issues. We found out below ground work is not covered. there always seems to be a cacveat that work you want is not covered. We will be considering leaving this plan. worker great, coverage not.

My furnace broke down. Reliance sent Alec to us within 1 day. He was very informative and suggested the best furnace for our home. Alec was extremely pleasant to talk to and answered all our questions. Thank you Alec!!!!

Requested the rental tank (that had no issues) to be replaced due to home insurance requirements (tank was 15 years old). Appointment was set for 8am to 11am on a Saturday. Tech called ahead to confirm appointment and arrived at 8am sharp. Work was done within estimated time they gave me. Tech was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Answered fully any miscellaneous questions I had without issue. Best service call I have ever had by far. Tech's name was Chad out of the Whitby RHC office. No charge for the service. Water tank has been working perfectly.
