No Hot Water
I got a new Hot Water Tank in April or May - This new tank has a Vapour Sensor on it - Since it was installed I had to call Reliance three times - First just reset the tank - Second gentlemen said that the Vapour Sensor was faulty and he replaced with a new one. These 2 visits lasted 10 minutes. The third time Reliance came to the house it was with two gentlemen. One named Randy H. and the second one was Grant W. - They are based our of North Bay, Ontario they were very nice and good at their job, they were at my house for just about an hour - they tested everything - even went outside to check the vent. If anything happens again - and I call Reliance I am going to make sure that I ask for Randy H & Grant W. nobody else do I want coming to my home - So thanks so much Randy & Grant have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
