The guy who came in to fix my water tank was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He helped me and my son get hot water right away which was a tremendous help especially in this cold. He went above and beyond to get his way in the small area where the water tank is despite the clutter surrounding it and explained to me how best to avoid the situation the next time!

I had a water softener and tankless water heater installed and I sincerely regret choosing Reliance. The salesperson Harpreet was very aggressive in his sales pitch. Deceptively advised that switching to tankless would be a simple process. The subcontractors attended without the necessary tools to do the job and rummaged through my garage for them, attempted to get me to pay for the install when there was no charge and caused water damage to my basement. Before completing the tankless install they asked for an extension cord and advised we would need an electrician to install an outlet beside the tank. If I had been informed of this I never would have switched to a tankless! Now I have an extension cord hanging across my furnace room. Not sure if the work completed is to code.

Tony, was very pleasant, respectful and professional during the maintenance call for my furnace. He was very informative about the work he was doing and what needed to be looked at in the future. I am very appreciative of all the advice he gave.

Cody did a great job replacing our hot water tank, was polite, efficient and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our appointment date was the next day from calling. Very impressed.

We had a leaked humidifier. Ryan was awesome and fixed everything carefully! Thank you Reliance!

Saul and the rest of the team were amazing. They were very pleasant, patient, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

No hot water - Reliance service person arrived as scheduled. Knew just what the source of the problem was and repaired. Hot water back. Defective hot water tap for the third or fourth time. Reliance recommended to replace faucet and taps. I purchased the faucet and taps. I pay for installation. Reliance service person did a great job installing the replacement.

I had requested a routine furnace checkup, which the Reliance technician, Scott, came out to do. He found a small problem for which a part was needed. He obtained the part and returned a couple of days later to install it. For both visits, he showed up in the arranged time frame, called in advance to let me know when he was on his way. and did the work efficiently. As a bonus, he was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

Prompt and efficient service. The technician explained the problem and was very pleasant to deal with.

We have a service plan with Reliance (furnace, water heater, plumbing and air conditioner). Our furnace (and air conditioner) was inspected by Travis. He was thorough and knowledgeable; he provided a detailed overview of the work done and made recommendations.
