I had no heat as of Saturday morning and a non Reliance contractor was sent. Did not seem to know what he was doing and said he fixed it and didn't. I had to get Reliance to come back out again in which they sent Dave (1618) who was fantastic and fully explained everything and got the furnace working again. I told Reliance I will cancel my service with them if they send a non Reliance contractor to my home again.

Quick and timely service, polite and professional. Good quality of work as well as clean and effecient. Review section requiring minimum 30 word count is annoying but does not reflect the quality of service.

My furnace unexpectedly quit on me so I needed something done fairly quickly. I had a reliance protection plan so I called them. The service tech.( Jamie) came over promptly the next morning he explained everything to me while he trouble shot even showing me the issues. My furnace needed replacement , he set up a an appointment with the sales associate Bruce the same day. Although I was somewhat stuck Bruce worked with me to make sure I was happy and at ease with what I needed . He managed to fit me in so I could have a unit installed within 48 hrs. Although an emergency put my installers Andrew and James behind they still managed to have my unit ready when I got home. They gave me the what I expected and left their work area spotless and Andrew ran me through the job and showed me how to use the system. I am very satisfied.

I woke up with my furnace not working at all, after calling reliance a technician Mario visited the same day in the morning explained to me what the problem was recommened that i speak with Frank before spending any money on a 16 year old furnace. That evening Frank came over and was very helpful with explaining the difference payment options with the different types of furnaces. I decided to replace it with a rent furnace and it was installed the very next day. I'm very happy with the speedy and professionalism with reliance. It's working good and have no complaints. I recommend reliance.

The dip tube inside my 18 year-old hot water heater was clogging my kitchen sink tap with residue. I called to request a new unit. Ricky showed up the next day and booked an appointment for two techs to replace the old unit a day later. Wes and A.J. were here on time and did excellent work very quickly. All three of them were polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The entire experience was excellent. They even relocated the new heater a couple of feet from the wall, which I had requested. The whole thing was a success from start to finish and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you guys! Well done.

Bernie Cullen's came to our house to fix a leaky fossett, he was very professional and quick at his work and was also a very funny individual. Glad to see Reliance is hiring us wonderful people.

I have rental, on my tank No hot water called at 6:3o there by 8:30 James had me with new part and hot water by 9:30 Courteous and polite very efficient. Very happy

The technicians were on time and efficient and did the installation properly. I am happy with the service they provided and I am hoping to continue with Reliance in the future

On Nov.15/16 installers Rob & Pat worked very diligently for the full day to complete the installation of a new rental furnace & AC. Our basement was left clean & tidy. The operation & maintenance of all equipment was well explained including the new Thermostat settings. They were very friendly. Plus on Nov.18/16 two other installers removed the old rental water tank & did a great job with a replacement rental Tankless water heater.

I had a great experience! The guy (David)DAA4271 came a checked out my hot water tank. Called the installer(Brad)F4249 to see if he could do it after he was done. He picked up the new tank and dropped it off so that the installer could get it done . Both men were great. Answered any questions I had. They were both friendly. Thank you for the great service. And the lady that I spoke to on the phone.
