    Boiler

    Adam and Amir, they are professional and gentle, the best customer service crew I ever had. They did everything properly and professionally, also are patient to explain the instruction in details. Best team.

    Furnace maintenance

    Reliance came over today to do a furnace maintenance as part of my warranty. He discovered that there was a part that needed to be ordered. Since the need for this part was fairly important and soon, he left to pick it up and install it same day. The persons name was Shawn L. He was great! Answered my questions and did the job in one day . Thank so much Shawn! I also posted this on Google plus. I would use Shawn again. Lisa

    Furnace replacement by Bruce (seller), AJ and Branch (installers)

    AJ and Branch did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new one. Bruce came by to make sure there was no problem with the job. They answered any questions that I had and there were no concerns during the purchase or installation process. Thanks.

    Furnance Maintenance

    We have always been very pleased with any dealings we have had with Reliance. However, in particular, I would like to highlight the excellent work done by Shawn L. He is prompt, pleasant, and very professional. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. When he had to deliver the news that our furnace was beyond repair, he took the time to explain 'how things should work' in a way we could understand (including drawings). We will continue to ask for Shawn L. for all our future service needs.

    New furnace and ac

    Thanks to Frank on helping me to decide on my new furnace/ac unit rentals from Reliance. Was very knowledgeable about the products/grants available. The crew that arrived to do the install also did a excellent job.

    plumbing

    Since we bought the Tri protection plan which includes plumbing service, this is our 2nd time with the different problem which is needed to be fixed. The same technician Bob came, he quickly found out the problem and fixed it with the very professional way, after fixing he also cleaned the surrounding area like the first time. Bob is a great guy! He works with great efficiency. We are really satisfied with his professional attitude and appreciate his service.

    home furnace /hot water on demand unit

    John Sageloly was excellent , promptly on time , friendly and the guy knows his product !!!!! Awesome, explained everything in great detail. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat to friends.

    purchase and installation of a new furnace

    Bruce MacDonnell was the salesman He came over around 7h45 pm and left at 10.He was very helpful,took his time,no pressure and answered all our questions.Good public relations Had the new furnace installed and the guys were very efficient. Thank you

    Water Heater replacement

    I have a water heater rental from Reliance and it needed to be replaced due to corrosion. As part of the replacement they also needed to redo the venting. The scheduling and customer service was ok, but the installation failed the TSSA inspection for safety and they need to return and correct the connection.

    Paying my bill has become a nightmare!

    I have had nothing but trouble trying to pay my Reliance account. I rent a water heater from this company. They came to inspect my furnace and I was quoted $79 for the service. The service was great but my bill was $939. So I phoned and was told I was charged $790 by mistake. Ok, so fix the bill and put it through my pre authorized credit card right? No such luck. It wouldn't be fixed until next month and they don't take credit cards over the phone. I have to call and enter my 16 digit account number (why so long?) and then my credit card information again and then the payment went through. So next month I got a new credit card so I went on line to try to change it. No such luck. You can't do that. You have to phone, make a one time payment by the antiquated phone system and then an operator has to go in to the system and cancel my old preauthorized information so I can enter the new information. COME ON PEOPLE, UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM. WHY CAN'T THE OPERATOR MAKE A PAYMENT? WHY CAN'T I GIVE HER MY PAYMENT INFORMATION? I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT MY MONEY!!!!
